Property was great, food was top knotch, room was good.
The only bad is the check in:
It took over 75 mins to check in.
Unacceptable!
In my opinion the front desk staff have no interest in customer service, and are incompetent to be frank.
Arrived at 3:15 PM
After 30 mins of standing at the counter and being passed off from one staff to the next to get checked in, was then told room wasnt ready and pointed us to the sports bar to wait, which after 15 mins of waiting for the bartender, discovered it wasnt even open yet.
Walked around and came back to the desk, and still unknown if room was ready. Desk agent tried to call but wasnt reaching anyone. After 10 mins we told her we will go check the room as all we wanted to do was change and go to the pool at this point.
Get to the room, which was about the farthest you can walk from the front desk, and none of the wristbands would open the door. Asked a cleaning attendant to help us get in, but they said they could not, had to walk all the way back to get wristbands reprogrammed. Came back and they still would not work.
At this point we had enough and had a cleaning staff try the door. She was able to open.
Got inside the room and it was not what I booked for 3 people.
Was suppossed to be 1 queen and 2 doubles, was 2 doubles, and a twin daybed bench.
So not the best sleep for one guest.
I would still return to this hotel, its a very nice property, but recommend you do online check in, otherwise uoull waste your time at front dsk
