Branyon Backcountry Trail is right across the street that winds within Gulf State Park where you can boat, fish, and swim to your heart's content. THINGS TO KNOW
Parking notes: Welcome to Sugar Beach! Upon arrival, you must purchase your parking pass from the guard at the guard shack. HOA accepts only CASH. Passes are $25.00 each, and there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. ***PLEASE NOTE: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. ALSO, ALL spots are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited parking. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. If you need to park a 2nd vehicle, you are welcome to park at our Vacasa office, located at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway. Please come inside and pick up your free Vacasa Pass prior to leaving your vehicle. We will direct you to our guest parking area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
