Spent 4 days/3 nights here to celebrate my birthday and absolutely loved it. Staff was super friendly, room was cleaned, spacious, restaurants were amazing and the food was delicious. The beach is breathtaking and the amenities of this resorts were great too.

Property was very nice. Downside was that several activities (bowling, billiards, etc) advertised were only available at extra cost. Breakfast and lunch buffet was decent at best, but dinners were very nice. Be sure to pack your own sunscreen because the gift shop was amazingly high priced!

The hotel is good, if you are looking for a quite vacation. They dont have too much activities to make the guests enjoy better the hotel. Activities in hotels are very important. They have beautiful peacocks everywhere but they should have more spots so they can eat, and enjoy food too. Overall the hotel is good.

Everything was good there…. the only problem was that after cleaning the room the towels were not changed on time... otherwise the staff worked well, the food was delicious (thanks to the kitchen staff and the cooks), the prosperity resorts were always kept clean, there are many ducks, geese, flamingos, turtles and other types of animals on the territory... we are very happy with the holiday, the sea, the beach and the coast for walks there AMAZING!!!!!💖💖💖

The overall stay was horrible. The rooms were very hot and smelled like humidity. The mini fridge inside the room did not keep the beverages cold. The AC was not working. They left you the bare minimal on pillows and towels. Staff was very rude and the food was not good.

This was our first tropical vacation. Everything was great other than food. Buffet food was barely warm. Wildlife was a highlight. Iguanas, turtles , peacocks and more iguanas. Only thing that was bad was the mini-fridge wasn't cold. We brought back a cup of ice daily to use it like an old ice-box. That chilled the pop and water in it to some degree. Circus on our last night - excellent!

It was beautiful but not very clean

It was a beautiful setting and the staff were so lovely. We always saw the same staff which shows that they work day and night to make sure we are comfortable. Lots of respect for the staff. We had the honeymoon suit which was lovely but kept facing issues with the plug and it took ages to fill up. We did have cockroaches in the room and my husband was very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea. It wasn’t very clean. Lots of Hispanics who are very rude and pushing in around the buffet. Buffet was ok but we didn’t eat there much due to being platinum members so we were able to go to a restaurant each night. It’s very worth it to pay extra to be platinum so you can have comfortable sun loungers. The activities looked good. Food was swarmed by flies all of the time. They try and get you involved in timeshares (Joan was a member of staff who would not leave us alone) and they pester you.

It was fantastic!!! We didn’t pay for a “view”, but I didn’t expect to see a dystopian wasteland outside our window! I think they had cleared the land for another resort or an addition to ours. It was hideous and depressing, so we kept our curtains closed. We weren’t in our room much, so it didn’t end up mattering, for the most part. The food was epic! The shows, the lobby, the ice cream shop, cafe… just wonderful! The pools, swim-up bar, resident flamingoes! The grounds were magical. Most of all, though, was the beach. You can’t really do much to enhance it - it’s pure, heart breaking natural magnificence. The sand was soft, the waves were soft, the breeze was soft. There’s a reason this place is well-loved.

We were here for a family vacation for 6 days. To say we had a rough start is putting it nicely. The place needs more than just a face lift, it should be taken down and rebuilt at this point. It's not well kept and the beach is gross with seaweed. The resort next door at least had cleared pathways for ppl to get into the water. We didn't even get that. The food is really, really bad; at times even cold. And that's with knowing that overall resort food is not great. Some of the staff seemed annoyed if we asked for anything, so overall it was not good service. HOWEVER, we survived thanks to a handful of amazing staff that helped us enjoyed our time there. If you go here, lookout for Javier the pool guy, Francisco, the waiter (for the buffet and Italian restaurant), Gleiry (our absolute fav she made my sister's bday here soooo special!), Francisco, Sebastian, and Randy from entertainment and Edison from the swim up bar. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our vacation!

We weren’t aware you could not flush your toilet paper after using the bathroom and the hot tubs were not hot. Drinks - meh to passing but nothing to be excited about. The grounds were beautiful and clean. Annoying, harassing staff trying to have you sit for a time share should not be allowed.

Upon check-in, we felt pressured to pay an additional $40 USD per person per day for supposed VIP Platinum benefits. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money, as none of the promised perks were actually delivered. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a resort that truly delivers on its promises

Astonishing landscape and layout of the property. The birds and other animals were amazing. 3 huge pools. Beach was awesome. Plenty of chairs and space to sit. The merchants were borderline harassing. Food was decent. Did not enjoy that the buffet was closed when we were hungry. Drinks were mediocre. Very sweet and we always were served the low end alcohol even though the top grade alcohol was visible. The room was definitely cold and pretty much up to par. 2 rolls of toilet paper per day became an issue at one point. Front desk was not very helpful in getting us another roll. Would not recommend using the ATM due to outrageous rates. Overall we really enjoyed the property but some negative aspects did not sit well with us.
