The staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was a nice bonus.

The bathroom needs updating. Shower grout looked old.

Everything about our stay was great

It was clean, comfortable and in a great location for us.

Very clean and very quiet. Enjoyed except the bartender was late and we had to go somewhere to ha w a drink and relax. Wr had a long day abs was looking forward to just staying at hotel. But overall enjoyable trip.

Traveled to Nebraska to help Family & other flood victims. Brought 2 trucks full of supplies, tools, & heavy equipment. Upon check-in we asked the gentleman checking us in if our belongings would be safe in the parking lot & told him we had alot of tools & equipment out there. He said of couse! You have nothing to worry about! We questioned it again to him & he replied ya no worries! We have never had anything stolen from here before...no really, really, I guarantee you that your stuff is safe in our parking lot. With that being said we awoke to our high powered tools & generator stolen. Along with our window broken out of our truck & severe damage to the bed of our truck. We told the Manager & she said it was none of her concern. We asked for her to at least call the police & she said; like I said it is none of my concern & would not call police. We called & made a report. I made a FB post & I was tagged by media. I did several interviews with News (TV, radio, Newspaper) The front Lobby was under construction & crews were working 24hrs a day. The construction was very unsafe. There were only a few cones & small caution things set out. You could totally walk through all the construction & do whatever you pleased! There was large lifts with people working 2 stories up with no safety zones or safety monitors. I have included a photo of a young kid walking right next to a lift. Something could fall & injure someone.We feel Hilton is responsible to replace our stolen equipment!!

Nothing special. The service from the restaurant staff was the best part of the stay. My biggest complaint was the toilet kept running all night. I talked to the front desk, but the problem was not resolved.

YOUR website did NOT say they were under construction!! The entire lobby was torn apart and they had makeshift areas everywhere. This was our anniversary and it was awful! Plus our TV was completely crooked we had to prop it up. But overall I’m so frustrated that Hotels.com did not disclose the current condition of the hotel. It looked like a disaster area. The entire lobby, fireplace sitting area and reception was unusable and under construction and the hotel was a ghost town and it still cost me over 100 to stay there. Thanks for the crappy weekend anniversary

The hotel staff were wonderful. Dennis (hotel front lobby) and Kelly (restaurant) were so very helpful. However, I had no idea the hotel would be under construction during my stay. It was a little noisy but overall not bad. I would highly recommend this hotel to others even with the construction.

The hotel undergoing rennovations and front desk was in a little room kind of claustaphobia. There was not really a lobby construction material out and resturant out in open. I thought the price was high figuring the amount of rennoations
