Good location and great staff

The hotel location is good, situated in the old Town area it is less than 10 mins to the Blue Mosque and all the si ff h t scenic place. The hotel is clean and I was upgrade to a junior suite which was huge. Staff was friendly and they also allowed me for a late check out as well. The breakfast was good with a lot of local choice. I am very happy with the hotel.

10/10 experience over all. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Welcoming turkish tea， valentine's suprises of rose and cake, and a farewell gift of turish coffee cups set. Room is reasonable size and clean. A/C system is comfortable. Love the shower can be fully closed so the bathroom wont get wet after showers. Located is great. Walking distance to many main attrations and all 3 major bazaar. Surrounded by great choices of restaurants. I spent 4 nights here and I will certainly come back.

Location is great, less than 10minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque through some slopes. Great sea view where you have breakfast. Staffs are mostly guys, very nice and helpful with organising local tours. Very good first experience of Istanbul.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel in the wonderful city of Istanbul. Nice quiet location within a quick walk of lots of excellent bars and restaurant. Servet and Faith on reception were most kind and helpful. The room cleaning was excellent with a special mention to Merve who did an amazing job.

Our stay here was truly amazing and was one of the highlights of our trip. The customer service was second to none, and the staff could not do enough for us. We had a swift and efficient check in and we were welcomed with traditional Turkish tea, and a kind, warm, homely service. I would like to thank the following staff for making our trip so special. Servet, Ferhat and Fatih provided exemplary service and they are a credit to the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and just want to say a big thank you to Merve, especially for the beautiful swan arrangement! We look forward to coming back sometime!

The staff were terrific. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to major attractions. The area is safe and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very small, but probably expected in the heart of old town. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options. Only issue I had was some hairs on my clean towels, but I didn't raise a concern.

We had a lovely stay here, it is in a really convenient location less than 10 minutes walk from several major attractions and the Sultanahmet tram station. The staff were really welcoming, and the breakfast was a highlight with so much to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Little quirky hotel in the heart of old town with all the shops, restaurants and transport options around. But the most important feature is the excellent staff, especially Fatih who helped us with all the sightseeing tips and was always willing to offer more. Everybody in the hotel was always very friendly and helpful and they couldn't do more for us. Loads of other nationalities and hotels could learn a lot from Turkish people. Of course trade is in their blood from centuries ago but their hospitality is second to none. Thank you Fatih and the rest of the team :)
