Slight deterioration since our previous stay
We were staying in the executive rooms which we’d stayed in before and sometimes has had a separate checkin however the previous time we’d stayed we’d needed to check in at the main reception. So we went there this time and queued for 15 mins to be told we should check in at the other building. Think this could have been messaged beforehand. We filled in an online checkin prior to arrival but were asked the same questions on arrival so was a pointless exercise. Our daughter was staying in the hotel as well and was charged £1.50 for a towel at leisure centre but hadn’t been told the process at checkin. About 50% of the staff were quite brusque whereas the rest very welcoming. The main chap on the main restaurant, unfortunately didn’t get his name was super helpful and friendly.
