Horrible experience - do not stay here

The front desk service was below average but the woman and younger girl running the breakfast shift were so welcoming and nice. They kept the dining area super clean and food fresh. The room was not what you would expect for the price. The bathroom sink overflowed the entire time and even though I asked the front desk to fix it they never came. The shower was another story: the shower bed didn’t keep the water in and the entire bathroom would flood. We ended up using all of the towels to dry the floor and when we placed the sign to have the room cleaned, yup, they never came. To being our luggage to the room we had to walk endlessly and walk up several flights of stairs or drive around and up a huge hill and hem walk with our luggage and go down two long set of stairs cases. No one ever offered to bring our luggage to our room. No one ever asked us if things were ok. I would NEVER come back to this hotel and do not recommend.

Falta de aire acondicionado no funciona y el calor

Horrible, no servía el aire acondiconado, había muchísimo calor y para llegar al cuarto tenías que caminar muchísimo de recepción a cuarto. Un día llegamos en la noche y no teníamos luz en el cuarto, tuvimos que bajar de nuevo hasta recepción para reportar. Nos pusieron un solo aire acondicionado portatail para nuestro Depto de 2 recámaras más estancia. Se tenía que dejar un tubo hacia afuera por lo que la puerta del balcón tenía que estar semi-abierta y se nos metió un pájaro al cuarto. La verdad no fue una agradable experiencia

We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very large so it is nice that they will shuttle you to your room with your luggage. The property is far outside of the city so the beach at the bottom of the hill is not very busy and allows for relaxation and rest. I would recommend this property to a friend. The only issue we had was that the windows and doors are required to be closed for the A/C to work and the doors are old and do not close properly so we had to prop a piece of furniture against the door to keep it closed. WIth that the A/C was not very cold and had to run for several hours to make very little difference.

Séjour Ibiza

Problème de réservation avec hotel.com l’hôtel demande un acompte (1ere nuitée) sauf que hotel.com ne donne pas les coordonnées bancaires donc l’hôtel veut annuler. Heureusement que j’étais déjà dans les environs, je me suis déplacée moi même pour régler. J’avais déjà eu ce problème l’année dernière avec d’autres prestataires. La veille de mon arrivée, une annulation pure et simple d’une réservation faite 6 mois plus tôt et le plaisir de se retrouver dans des hôtels beaucoup moins bien. Sinon, il manque un peu de vaisselle, pas de passoire et de couteau pour éplucher. La propreté du sol est à revoir lors de l’arrivée. Il reste des cheveux et des miettes au sol des précédents vacanciers. La propreté de la piscine est également à améliorer.

Lovely self catering apartment. Very nice location and weather superb. The area of ibiza is a bit all inclusive so there was not much choice in way of restaurants in the small village/town as it seems most eat at their all inclusive hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, nice pool etc - I would recommend. One small issue was that the air con was in the kids bedroom area (living room) and there was no air con unit in the adult bedroom - kids were very cool, we were baking ...

Excelente preço/ qualidade

Ficamos num dos apartamentos renovados. Reservamos um estúdio para 3 e quando chegámos fizeram um upgrade para o apartamento. Excelentes condições e exactamente como nas fotos. A piscina de cima tem uma vista linda sobre a praia e esta aberta ate as 21h. A outra piscina aberta ate as 19h. Cozinhamos no apartamento e tem todas as comodidades. Excelente chuveiro. O colaborador que nos receber, Miguel, foi muito simpático e prestaveis do melhores que já nos recebeu em hoteia. Existe noites temáticas e será uma sitio a voltar :)

Une nuit à Puerto San Miguel

La ville de Puerto de San Miguel n'est pas super esthétique. Elle est constituée d'Hôtel et de commerce construits de manière anarchique et peu esthétique. Le complexe hôtelier est plutôt ancien. Les chambres sont disséminées dans une sorte de quartier en pente sans beaucoup d'indication. Pénible à ce repérer quand on ne reste qu'un jour. C était bon marché mais nécessite un rafraichissement général. Pour être plus attractif. Pas fait pour les handicapés! Pas loin d'une plage intéressante

I was extremely excited to visit Ibiza, but after a few seconds as this hotel, that excitement transformed to dread and misery. Immediately, my stay turned sour upon check-in, solely due to the worst reception I have ever received at a hotel. A man, I unfortunately did not get his name due to anger and a desire to leave ASAP, with a tattoo on his arm, black hair, and glasses, greeted us with hostility and terrible etiquette. After a long bus ride from the airport to the property, instead of being welcomed, he was rude and aggressive. The facility itself is nothing like what the pictures show, but undeniably, the worst aspect of this property is the service and hospitality (or lack thereof). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the pools are antiquated, the food is bland, and worst of all, they belittle you and treat you like garbage. That receptionist single handedly ruined an entire weekend for me and my family with his gross attitude.

El alojamiento estaba sucio, abrimos un armario buscando sábanas para el sofá cama, que no nos proporcionaron, y estaba lleno de telarañas. El mobiliario era antiguo, en las fotos aparecen solo los de los renovados. Estaban muy deteriorados. Hacía olor a tabaco cuando entrabas al apartamento. No volveremos.
