Leak in bathroom

Had a leak in my bathroom since the day that I arrived I called and complaint nothing was done the 1st day on the 2nd day I called and nothing was done I asked if they would give me another room and they refused. On the 3rd day I called again and finally the came to fix. I explained to them that twice I almost fell.

Recibes lo que pagas.

El hotel está bien, pero está un poco descuidado, una lástima porque tiene mucho potencial, la comida es muy rica pero muy repetitiva, no hay bar en la piscina, no hay snacks. El hotel es económico y te proporciona todo lo necesario. La actitud de los empleados siempre positiva. La habitación bastante bonita pero antigua.

disappointed and disheartened by the experience I had at this hotel. Despite its promising appearance, the reality was far from satisfactory. The food was not only unappetizing but also seemed to be prepared in an unhygienic environment, with flies buzzing around the dining area. Unfortunately, I fell ill with food poisoning on the second day, which left me feeling unwell for the remainder of my stay. I had to cut my trip short, leaving one day unused. The staff's attitude and customer service were subpar, to say the least. They were impolite, demanding, and lacked empathy. I was taken aback by their insistence on handling our luggage without clear explanation and their expectation of tips. To be frank, my experience was nothing short of disastrous. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, not just for myself but for anyone considering it. It's disheartening to think about the guests who might book this hotel with high expectations, only to be let down. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to explore alternative options.

Front desk Poor customer services . The room have a strong drainage smell and the mirrors have paint stains all over need to cleaned or replace those . I have to mention the best services was the coffee place the guys was friendly and polite The food was ok the drinks need a improving taste.

The stay was fun and there were plenty of activities to do and keep the kids busy. The room we got was not the cleanest and the building looked like it could use some TLC. The kids had fun but we were not really impressed with this resort.

If you enjoy being underwhelmed, this is the property for you. My family travels to Mexico yearly for a vacation, typically centered around relaxation and beautiful beaches. This was not our experience. The beach was absolutely filthy; the seaweed is piled up, literal piles. No one does anything and it makes most of the property smell like a portapotty. The staff is pushy and rude. We got asked at least 15 times to go to a breakfast where they try to sell us something, and we politely said no the first 14 times before finally growing in irritation. We booked an excursion with the desk people in the lobby; but then unforeseen thunderstorms hit the next day so when we couldn’t go, they did not allow any refund. The maids cleaned our room, left a door open and a coati peed and popped all over the room, cleaning services took over 2 hours to clean the mess (it was past 11 when we could get to bed). There is an app to book dinners at the restaurants, but we were never informed about this until the day before leaving. Upon checkout they tried to overcharge our friends 70 dollars. This was only discovered after asking to see an itemized list of the charges. Want room service? It’s 24-7 but too bad because after 40 minutes being on hold, you will give up and go to bed hungry. The only good thing about this property is that the pool is clean. There are many many better options for the same price. Do not waste your time, money or effort here.

Not worth your money

I reserved this hotel because the images depicted a well-maintained pool area with beach access and suggested it was undergoing renovations. Upon our arrival, we encountered a significant issue with parking; there were insufficient spaces available, necessitating an 8-minute walk to the check-in area, as no shuttle service was provided. At check-in, if you are not a member—which I will elaborate on later—you will find yourself in a hot lobby, sweating profusely. Once the check-in process is complete, your luggage will be handled by a friendly staff member from the hotel, but his friendliness is primarily motivated by his intention to sell you a membership, akin to a timeshare. The walk to your room also takes about 8 minutes, and if you are not a member, do not expect any assistance with transportation. The all-inclusive package included a buffet and three restaurants, which required prior reservations; you could not simply walk in, which was quite frustrating. The buffet was mediocre at best, offering only basic items such as burgers, hot dogs, and cold cuts, all lacking in flavor. The steak restaurant we visited on the second day was particularly disappointing; the steak did not resemble any I had previously encountered, and they seemed unaware of how to cook it to the correct temperature, which completely ruined my appetite. The drinks were excessively watered down, and they reused cups, so you might find one or two cups with missing pieces, which was quite unappealing.

This resort doesn’t allow you to use the facility prior to check in. Most resorts jets you eat but won’t give you the room. But this one you need to pay a fee to even use the resort. And then when leaving same thing.

We didn’t have a good experience with the concierge service. It took them almost half a day to address our door lock issue, and they didn’t even show up for a long time, so we wasted hours just waiting for them to fix it. There was also a bad smell in our complex, and when we asked to change rooms, they simply ignored our request. When we went to the front desk to discuss these issues, they just kept passing us to different people without resolving anything. There was a young lady from concierge named Dafne, and when we asked her about the response time, she said she would call security. When I asked for her name and looked at her name tag, she just showed it to me and told me to write it down, as if she knew that our complaint wouldn’t go anywhere.
