Will never come back.

The hotel is very old and in a very bad condition. Everything, including the sheets and towels, in the room was dirty. The bathroom was not comfortable. The room cleaning service never did the job perfectly (each day they forgot something, sometimes forgot to put towels, sometimes forgot to put sheets on the bed or cover the pillow). There are !only! two power outlets in the room, one of them was in the toilet. The breakfast assortment was very poor. My family members are vegan(for health reasons) and the only food they could eat during the breakfast was bread, tomatoes and soy milk (every day the same). The elevators are very slow, and not all of them are working. Sometimes we spent ~15!! minutes to get to the third floor (we were with a stroller, so using stairs was not an option). The room was ordered for 4 persons (me, my wife, and two children, 2.8yo and 0.8yo), the 4 beds, which were put in the room took all the floor space and did not allow to open the door to the balcony and the wardrobe door. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool, at 9pm you'll probably not find some for your family.

A mon sens, ce n'est pas un hôtel 4*. C'est un hôtel dédié aux touristes Allemands, Anglais ou Russes d'un certain niveau qui ne viennent que pour pratiquer d'énormes beuveries grâce au all inclusive. cela génère de la musique à fond dans les chambres, des bagares... et donc des nuits blanches. surtout ne pas y aller en famille ou pour se reposer.

Zimmer-Tausch

Bei der Reserwierung machte ich den Vermerk „gilt nur wenn ich ein Zimmer im Haus 1 und in diesem ParkingMe bekomme“, da ich sehr gehbehindert bin. Mir wurde ein Zimmer im Haus 4, ohne Lift ins Parking zugeteilt. Nach meiner Weigerung und mit Mithilfe des Personals hatten sie plötzlich, im voll belegten Hotrl ein Wuderbares Zimmer für mich.

Nice but loud

We enjoyed our stay in a Duplex Room in the 3rd hitel of Estival park. Its well licated from the beach and snall shops and restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful and the kid'sclub is free and our 3 year old daughter enjoyed it. But the hotel is too noisy we can hear water from the neighbours toilets, the show in the evening are too loud for some rest and many Russian guests were there and making noise very late. Overall confort in the hotel for the price is good. Don't go there if you are looking for a quiet place! We arrived by car and the room was still not ready at 14:09 so we had to wait one hour in the lobby after a long drive of 9hours...

Good but lousy cleaning

Stayed at hotel 3 late May. Room was dirty at arrival and stayed dirty after cleaning. Hotel 3 is the hotel for Russland guests plus various nationalities. Hotel 2 is for british. There is quite a difference between the hotels. Food is Great, how ever its noisy and busy atmosphere. This hotel is a factory. Employees seem to dislike the guests, and Who could blame Them. Thumbs up for the senegalese chefs. They were very friendly. Nice pool, Nice spa, Nice location. Portaventura is av big plus for the region.

Pas mal pour les équipes de jeunes.

Séjour avec 5amis la trentaine, nous avons resservez deux chambres, sans le all inclusive, mais en pension complètes. Le restaurant est un buffet géant à volonté entrée plat dessert, il y a du choix. Tous les restaurants servent les même produits. C'est bien mais en 3 nuits nous sommes allé manger en ville à Salu pour changer un peu (voiture obligatoire). Les amplitudes horaires des restaurants sont trop courtes, les personnes d'un age font la queue à l'ouverture, et les retardataires la font aussi au seul restaurant qui ferme à 22h. L'hotel est bien en général, mais tout est payant sans le all inclusive, spa, tennis, eau, wifi, salle de muscu, et pas possibilité de prendre le bracelet en rajoutant sur place meme après négociation à la réception, Le all inclusive est a partir de 4nuits. Le personnel parle français. Beaucoup d’étrangers, quasiment aucun espagnol dans la clientèle. Hotel festif idéal pour aller y faire la fete entre jeune, le pacha discothèque est à 500m idéal pour une sortie nocturne à pieds et le club de l'hotel est sympa, mais quand il ouvre, le all inclusive est terminé :) A éviter si vous n'aimez pas le brouahaha constant du restaurant ou de la piscine. Ce ne sont pas des vacances au calme.
