WON'T BE BACK

I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be back.

Prima kamers met terras. Hadden een mooi zicht van op ons terras op 4de verdieping Minpunt is het internet eens op de kamer op 4de verdieping. Ook de menu van restaurant was klein en de hele periode hetzelfde.

Struttura bella anche se datata, bello il giardino così come la vista che si gode dalla terrazza, stanze spaziose e confortevoli con letti grandi e comodi, personale gentile e disponibile, comoda la navetta per il centro ma purtroppo non è sempre garantita ma va in base alle disponibilità, inoltre non è previsto il ritorno, pertanto per tornare in hotel, l'unico mezzo è il taxi in quanto l'alternativa è l'attesa interminabile dell'autobus c63 che non ha orari, a volte l'attesa supera un ora, di certo questo è un problema non attribuibile alla struttura ma di cui bisogna tenerne conto. Se raggiungete la struttura in auto, troverete comodo il parcheggio interno gratuito. Il buffet della colazione è vario e ricco, la colazione viene servita fino alle 11 e questo è un vantaggio. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente dovuto alla mancanza di acqua calda nella doccia, risolto prontamente con il cambio stanza. Stuttura consigliata dalla buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

The property sat at the top of a hill, with narrow winding roads that buses are not able to navigate. The view was beautiful. The staff was kind and many spoke English. The remoteness hindered exploration of the city and taxis were necessary and got expensive if you like activities in the city or tours.

The front desk was great but the rooms had cockroaches and bugs and the AC did not work and looked shabby. The restaurant was not great and very pricey for the quality of food they offered. The front desk told that they had a discounted rate for the taxi company but we paid more that other taxis and realized not to use their taxi company

Great property, bring your own food…

The property is beautiful. We arrived and were amazed by the beauty. Check in went smoothly and our room was spacious, clean and wonderful. That was where it ended. We went to order a Negroni at the bar (it was on the menu), we were told that they couldn’t make anything on the menu and they didn’t have alcohol for Negroni’s… so we settled for a glass of wine. When dinner came, we asked for menu twice and didn’t get one. Then, the staff told us that the menu was displayed at the entrance was no longer available. So there were no menus. The staff created it for other diners while we were sitting there but we still didn’t receive one. We were told to order with no menu and no prices. We ordered pasta, prawns, calamari and French fries for our kids. We received one bowl of pasta in the first hour, then sat for nearly another 45 minutes without receiving food or updates. We almost left it took so long. We didn’t even bother checking for breakfast after our experience at the restaurant the night before. Then we went to catch the taxi that we booked with the staff at check-in the day before. We double checked with the staff on timing and were assured it would be there, but it didn’t show up. The staff were fairly unhelpful at that point. We asked to book a shuttle with them and offered to pay the fee listed at the desk, but they refused. Our daughters were on the verge of tears with the stress of the situation and we almost missed our flight.
