Very good location. Close to the bus station and city transportation . All the staff are excellent especially the house keeper lady she’s doing her work properly. Very clean hotel with all comfortable amenities and services . The only proposal is the give a special offer for clients who are staying there if they have guests or visitors.

What a wonderful 3 stars hotel!. It was spotless clean, good smell, most of the personnel were very efficient and kind. The breakfast included I would say was like a complete self serve buffet brunch. The only cons were: the gated parking was quite small and open air, they didn't clean the leafs from the swimming pool very often (no biggie), and the worst con was the Internet, because it was very spotty in our room, out in the common areas it was way better. But overall, super recommended, we are totally satisfied. Thank you guys.

This property is in a very convenient downtown location, close to the main market and ADO bus terminal (all within walking distance). Plenty of eating options and their breakfast was great - omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. A great way to start your day.

We were there for our niece’s baptism. The family stayed there as it was just a few of us. We were able to find great places to eat and could walk to them. You just have to be mindful that you are in another country and be aware of your surroundings

loved this hotel.checkin was quick and friendly. the hotel itself is clean rooms was very nice ckean and great working air conditioner. pool was nice but bath water easily 85 degrees. comes with breakfast but due to a early flight we missed it. downfall was we walked from The ADO from the directions given to us by the hotel and got lost . took a taxi from the hotel set up by the hotel for 500 pesos 15 /20 min ride. would return 4 sure

Was charged 2 times. They said the system was down and my reservation from Expedia could not be verified. So they charged my card a second time. Promised to take off once system was restored.Never happened.! 😡

Very different rooms

Very nice, extremely clean hotel. Only fridge was missing from the room. Nice breakfast and garden. Assessment is based on the experience of the second room that we had during our 4 night stay. The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. We asked for the change of the room after having a look at the room. The bold, young guy at the reception did not want to make the change. Luckyly the young lady receptionist was willing to make the change next day after the sleepless night. Thanks for her.

Property had a non welcoming feel to it. Rooms had no telephones, no guides for guests to understand room or the property. Property charged exorbitant housekeeping charges. Manager and staff were rude. No clear house rules defined. Did not allow breakfast to be taken to room for sick. Staff only knew Spanish was very difficult to communicate. Had to reach out to reception desk in person for everything. Will not recommend this property to any family.

Terrible customer service. The room was change to two double beds so small to fit two persons,’the rm was so small with humity smell . Not worthfor the money. I paid for a king side bed and got garbage . I ask for some sort of discount, and said they never give a discount what is paid is and that’s it

This hotel is closed and should not be available to book. I was taken to a different hotel which was awful customer service. In this connected age, it is not acceptable. Before my arrival I had contacted the hotel via expedia to arrange a twin bed as my friend had changed plans and was going to arrive early. I received no reply. When my friend arrived I was charged 600 pesos, a situation that would have been avoided if they had the courtesy to reply to my email. The room rate is exactly the same when booking for 1, 2 or 3 people so this felt intimidating when a woman was present at 1am. The staff blamed expedia for everything and take no responsibility. The new hotel (Hacienda) is musty with a poor breakfast. I left after one night of a 2 day booking which was a great decision. Avoid this place.
