Great Value
The hotel was perfectly located for us. Nice ocean view, 2 minute walk from the restaurants and shops. Room was basically clean. Bathroom was great. Great value for the cost.

Not a quiet place sad to say
While the room was nice other people staying in the facility, very loud stomping their feet and others were playing the music and or TV extremely loud through the hours past midnight. Some regulations would be helpful. There didn’t get very good nights sleep probably won’t stay there again.

It was a last minute trip and everything was sold out due to an event . If you don’t mind the door when you open to touch the bed and the beds to be positioned in weird ways I guess you can stay there. I was not happy with it but it ok if it’s only for a night . They don’t have elevators and the parking is limited

Very nice hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Coffee is delicious in the room. Easy parking. Strong wifi. Close to Morro Rock. Very happy with the stay. Owner upgraded me to a huge room with two big beds and for only one person!

Great location and view from the ocean view room! Could hear the sea lions from the room but not too loud to bother you. Quiet overall. Comfortable bed. Quick walk to the bay and to a nice local coffee and pastry shop. Not fancy but that was just fine in this rustic little town. Would stay again.

When we checked in, it wasn't mentioned, but we had been upgraded from a 1 queen bed room to a 1 king bed room. The room was spacious & had a totally renovated bathroom. Nothing fancy, simple decor with eco friendly dispensers for shampoo, bath gel, liquid soap & lotion. It's easy walking to main downtown area, Embarcadero and Wharf. Perfect for a home base after day excursions.The mattress & pillows were so comfy, that my husband with an injured back had no complaints & slept well through the night. In fact, we asked & were able to buy 2 new pillows. Service is friendly, kind & much appreciated! Would stay again if staying in Morro Bay.
