Excellent value!!

I stay here every time I go on a cruise because they have free cruise parking… The hotel is a bit older and the rooms reflect its age, but they’re fairly clean and very comfortable! We’ll definitely stay here again soon!

Very run down. Room smelled moldy. Would not let anyone in lobby until 8am hoping for a cup of coffee as our room coffee pot leaked everywhere.

20th century Upgrade

Old building that should be totality rebuilt to accommodate the present lodging amenities of the 20th century being located at the entrance & exit point of the Galveston ferry depot. The lodging rates not don’t measure up to the accommodations or amenities of present day times.

Stay was ok but when I got back from my cruise I had charges from hotel on my card for damages to a curtain that was damaged already from my previous stay in December. The rooms need updated water pressure and hot water needs repairs as well as new curtains and shades hung especially if they gonna try to charge for something that’s already trashy and old

Mold galore

The place was mold central. There was black mold ieverywhere in the shower,.even on walls . Microwave was rusty, and place needed new paint.

Overall great

Upon arriving we were given a room that had a been occupied by another couple so when tried to enter unknowing they were in the room it was a bit of a surprise. But the the front desk staff corrected the issue quickly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable l. Over all a pretty Good stay for last minute.

Stayed overnight for our cruise. Nothing super fancy, but clean and safe. Parking was a great deal and called for an uber super easy for $15! Will definitely stay here again before our next cruise.

Galveston Stay

It was good, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Only room issue was tv remote control was not compatible with tv set, had to control manually. Things that could improve; continental breakfast should begin sooner than 8am.
