We went to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. When we arrived to check in, the room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait an hour to get in. The bathrooms were dirty, and I had to clean them again myself. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The room had a motor in one of the closets that ran all night, making so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is unsafe—nobody checks who enters or leaves, and anyone can access the pool even without wearing the wristband; there’s no control. The front desk staff was rude, as well as the cleaning person who tried to kick us out of the room at 10 a.m. even though we had a late check-out.The only good thing about the hotel is the location. I would never return to this hotel.

Best A/C on the island! Seriously, dry, cool rooms were so appreciated. Found some dirty silverware and the beds weren't great, but id stay here again. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs.

Was a great stay. The room is spacious. Has everything u need- stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, and wash n dryer. They even provide detergent to wash dishes and clothes. Very close to the beach. They use Dove for hygiene products. Only thing is there was a little very minimal dust/dirt (i only saw it bc everyone kept mentioning it in the reviews so I was looking for it). I mean its a BEACH resort and seems as they are doing some upgrades. I believe if they hire a professional maid service to come in to clean the rooms weekly it will help.

HOTEL BY THE BEACH
If you want to stay in a hotel by the beach it's all you need. Book a hotel here and only 2 minutes walking you could have beautiful warm salty water for yourself. Our room was clean and nice with a bedroom, separate living room + kitchen, and balcony. We loved it. Definitely, we will come back again at this hotel.

Great Room!
We had a great time at the resort. A transformer blew out during our stay, so the elevators went out, but we still had power to our room. We just had to use the stairs that was somewhat inconvenient. Our room was beautiful and comfortable.

Great beach access and wonderful kitchen amenities. The pool area closes at 10p, which is ridiculous during high summer vacay time. The internet does not work in the rooms. Had to go out on the balcony to get any type of reception. The limited elevators run super slow. The balconies for the smaller rooms barely fit two chairs, a laughable situation. Also the “resort” doesn’t offer any outside seating to relax or sit under while it rains. The pool area is available but no comfortable seating. This place is great for the value.
