Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so two people in our family got very sore backs trying to sleep there. Coffee maker did not work. Towels very thin. Room is only good for 2 people

Good clean spot right in town. Right by the dock and walkable to restaurants and stores. You can hear people talking (muted voices) the other units as well footsteps, but the night was very quiet. We would stay again.

Clean nice unit
It was very clean. Very nicely decorated. The staff nice. No problems. I would only recommend upgrading towels which were somewhat small and scratchy. The property is basically in the downtown area but overlooking working marina.

Location was good. Parking was good. The room was smaller than expected for 3 adults. We had expected 2 beds and sofa bed. It would have been helpful to have a toaster, cutlery, kettle and some plates so that we could have made some breakfast. The wifi connection was good and we enjoyed some TV shows.

Old debilitated place
It was a disappointing stay at the habour view room at la dique. The room smelt foul. Mattress was old and soft. Bed sheet was rough from over washed and used. Sink water drainage was slow.

Beautiful Views
We came for whale watching tour (next door) and arrived early. Not only was it clean, and had beautiful views, but the room itself was quiet & very comfortable. The owners also allowed us access to the room early with no extra fee.

We loved our stay!!! When we first drove up the building looked clean and well labeled where to park and which suite was which. After spending several days on the Cabot Trail in places which looked better on line then in real life we were thrilled to see it looks even better then the pictures!!! So clean, up to date furnishings, vinyl flooring(not carpet!), large screen tv and more! And they have thought of everything to make things comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, Keurig machine with take away cups or real mugs to cozily sit on outdoor furniture with a hot drink. They even have a binder with menus local restaurants and some tourism flyers! I wish i could have stayed an extra night!!
