Good location, a few minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful promenade. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beginning of the main street,State Street. Along this street there are many restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the hotel was ok, a nice touch was that they serve wine, cheese and crackers in the afternoon. Can recommend this hotel.

Casa Del Mar is a great place
One of the nicest things about this property is the free wine and cheese every evening in the lounge. Great way to wind down the evening. On one of the occasions when we arrived late for the wine, the night manager Dan showed up at our room with two glasses of wine and some cheese. Service above and beyond.

Gute zentrale Lage. Service, Hotel - alles gut. Frühstück für die USA typisch - ok. Die Happy Hour mit Käse und Wein (bes. der Rote war gut trinkbar) eine nette Idee. Can’t recommend enough!
We loved staying at Casa Del Mar. our family reserved multiple rooms for our wedding and we could not have been happier with our stay at this charming hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious and the grounds were impeccably kept and well landscaped. We loved the wine and cheese hour and the breakfast (which include Porto’s danishes, our favorite bakery in LA!) To top it off, we can’t say enough about the front desk staff who were so friendly and incredibly helpful in accommodating us and some special needs of my 90-year old dad. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and will be returning when we are back in the area!

The property is so cute, love the gardens and little walk ways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the beach, shoping and dining options. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definately return.

The property was well kept and clean. The room was nice with a fully equipped kitchen. Located close to the water and eating options. Parking was limited but adequate. Only negative is no AC but it’s close enough to the ocean to get a nice breeze if you leave the windows open.
