Deluxe room was very small and crowded for two people. We liked the location, easy to walk to a lot of locations. We had fun at the bar across the street.

Great stay

We had a great stay. We were there to go to the niners/saints game. Steps to the rooms were kinda steep and the balcony was tilting forward. Kinda made us nervous when we came back from spending the evening on bourbon street lol. Room was tiny. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Fresh towels and bed made every day which was awesome. Everyone was nice and the service was great. A/C wouldn’t go below 68 but they gave us a box fan for the room (my husband sleeps hot) it was perfect. Not too loud but close to all the action. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent site and staff

I have stayed several times in different rooms on the property. It is 3 different properties semi connected. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, the beds comfortable and the shower hot. Excellent location. Each room is slightly different boutique hotel. Courtyard with chairs and tables. Balcony for some rooms on the 2nd floors.

Okay for what it is but better choices elsewhere..

Great location but the Inn has seen better days. It's a very short walk to Bourbon or Canal with shops and restaurants being plentiful. The area felt quite safe at all hours, although, depending on which side of the hotel you are on, could be quite noisy. The first day I arrived, I was given a lesser quality room than I reserved (a queen, when I reserved and paid for a king deluxe) and the front desk clerk was clueless about what she could do about it. Apparently all the king deluxe were booked (I reserved my room in March, 6 months prior to my vacation) but she offered me a comparable room at their sister hotel, the Inn on St. Ann. I was part of a large group of friends, all staying at this hotel together so I did not see that as a good option. She also offered to call one of the other reservations and see if they would be willing to downgrade and switch rooms. I asked why such a courtesy wasn't given to me, why I was downgraded without any notice and I reserved it 6 months prior but she had no answer. I was stuck in what felt like a closet under the stairs. A tiny room that honestly should never be reserved to anyone, it was that bad. Miraculously, when leaving for breakfast the next morning, there was a note taped to my door to visit the office and when I did, the correct room magically opened. I moved immediately to the correct room, which felt like a completely different hotel with its space and atmosphere. I'm not sure I would recommend this hotel sadly.

Spacious space in the Frnch Quarter

Spacious unit. Loved having a separate bedroom from the living area. Would have loved to have microwave.

Very small, but clean and comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge but no big deal. We had an issue with our hot water and they fixed it promptly. I would definitely stay here again

Très bien situé et très confortable

Super sympa et dans le quartier qu’il faut pour visiter la nouvelle Orléans . Cerise sur le gâteau: il y’a une piscine à environ 10mn à pied dans un autre hôtel avec qui ils sont en business

Comfortable and quiet

The room was small, but clean, comfortable, and quiet . The location was excellent, we walked everywhere. The only negative was the parking. We did find a parking garage, which was a 10 minute walk from the Inn.

The service was good but the TV din't provide many channels and room service came very early (8:15 am) and never came back. I had to go anf ask for service.
