The hotel was torn apart when our party arrived. It had been sold and under renovation. It took me almost 2 hours for them to secure us new rooms somewhere else and I couldn’t talk to a person over anything but chat.

I booked 1 month ahead when traveling there check in they out of business but didn’t get any response for refund . That’s a scam !

At arrival we found the hotel closed and had been so for several months. We made the booking in February. In spite of this we received a welcoming mail the day before arrival. In this mail we were also told that we would be charged 150 dollar if we didn’t cancel the booking.

I worked in the tenderloin area of San Francisco for over a decade. This motel is the equivalent of the streets there. Garbage everywhere, bugs and roaches everywhere in the room, homeless people in and out of the building walking around the halls checking doors, dog just running up and down the halls, feces in the halls and stairwells, people loitering in broke down junked cars all night in the parking lot letting off fireworks. One of the “staff” came out of the room were the breakfast was served ( no chance I was going to eat it but I wanted to see the environment) the man pointed to a small note that said the continental breakfast is not being served until further notice due to “repairs “ but oddly enough the man was eating what really resembles a continental breakfast. Expedia this is ridiculous and I should be refunded for the night stay.

A warning to anyone who is considering staying at this Hotel, my family and I made the mistake of not researching the current reviews. If we could give this place a less than one star rating we would. We had booked two rooms, when we arrived the night of our reservation, we found not only was there homeless making camp in the parking lot, broken down vehicles and what appeared to be drug deals openly without any concern for people in the area. Having four teenage girls with us at the time this immediately raised a red flag to the safety concerns. Before I allowed the family to enter into the hotel I decided to check it out first. The inside was no better than what we were seeing on the outside. We have stayed at Wyndham hotels a number of different times and this has to be by far the worst place that we have booked, making the assumption that there was a certain level of quality and cleanliness associated with this brand. We were badly mistaken , we had to walk away from this place, knowing that we probably would not receive any compensation or refund and find a better quality hotel to stay in. Don’t make the same mistake we did and book a place without checking recent reviews.

I ended up not staying because I didn’t not get the room I asked for and they no longer had any available. The place has roaches too. It’s almost falling apart. I didn’t feel safe at all. I don’t recommend this place.
