We enjoyed our stay so much. Our room was beautiful and we were greeted by Sagar who made us a wine and cheese board. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. We had a beautiful walk out patio with our own private jacuzzi. A perfect place to enjoy a romantic getaway.

The main downside of this was the comfort of the bed. For an inn of this caliber, the bed was very hard, and the linens were rough, and no variation in pillow size so somebody like me who prefers a small thin pillow, have no option. Otherwise, charming setting in great location, and absolutely wonderful soaking tub in the bathroom.

Very cute

It was a wonderful place to stay. It does need a little updating.very close to the beach. Also very quiet. I was there by myself and felt very safe. On site parking was fantastic.

Hotel at Depot Hill

Loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I recommend you stay here and enjoy this amazing hotel. Breakfasts were delish from banana pancakes to scrambled veggie eggs. Will be back!

Wonderful room and location. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again. There was some neglected cleaning in the bathroom with hair in shower and tub. Overall, great experience.

It’s a cozy, warm and homely. The service is impeccable. The rooms are meticulously decorated and themed. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. I would certainly stay again if I were to visit that town again.

The TV was not setup and the staff leaves at 8 PM The coffee maker did not function properly. The bed was too high for short people The hotel did ot provide a detailed receipt I left a $200.00 security deposit and it is not addressed in the Expedia receipt. Staff were not available to order breakfast! Expedia confirmed my booking BUT it did not include the quoted rate. Plus a $50.00 Property Fee for what - terrible parking! I will never use this hotel or Expedia again! No staff were available for a 9:30 AM check-out.

Very cold evening. Room was very cold. Would have been better if staff had tried to heat room before we arrived. We had to keep the fireplace on all night. Space heater very small. Need a bigger heater. Ppp Breakfast was great!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Paris room and there wasnt a detail that didnt go unoticed. The complimentary bfast was delicious and not cheap looking like most establishments offer as "complimentary". The historical context just adds to the experience of your stay and has the historial nastaligia feel. The staff is very nice and accomaodating. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and you can tell that he cares about the experience his guests. Another amazing piece of this place is its just a stones throw away from capitola village where you have access to great food, shops, and entertainment, not to mention spectacular views. So if you want a relaxing experience with great service and relaxation then come stay here you wont regret it.

This was our second time staying here. The place is quiet and very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was really good and served to our room. Only complaint was that the body wash/shampoo dispenser was completely empty, which I found out after I was already in the shower and wet, so I had to get out to get my own. It's easy to check the levels, so this obviously hadn't been checked in days, which should never happen. I reported it so that they could address the issue and they handled it well.

Lovely but they should remember the little things!

Lovely place. This was our second trip to the Inn and likely not our last. Our only disappointment was a bit of a downgrade in the simple amenities like the snacks, products in the room (like coffee, shampoo etc), and wine served at wine hour. Fresh flowers in the room were missing and port no longer being served in the evenings. It's the little things that could use a bit of refresh to keep this place as charming as ever.

Tranquil European Elegance

This place is a treasure! We felt like we stepped back in time and stayed in France. We stayed in the room called “Paris.” There’s a French door out our room that led to a tranquil, spacious patio which lured you out by the trickle of a fountain. Sagar gave us first rate service and was a delight to speak with. We walked down the hill to have an early dinner and upon arrival to our room, we were greeted with a lovely tray of cheese, crackers, fruit, and drink. We are back in the area next week and will stay here again!
