It's good but be aware

We have rented via Wonderful Italy several times and the communication, value for money and state of the properties has always been excellent. This was no exception, although the specific location, while convenient, is a bit "colourful" at night. For me it wasn't physically threatening but it could be for others. Evidence of traditional "trades" is in-your-face after dark. For us, it served a purpose and was very comfortable.

Nice apt but very sketchy area

The apartment itself is lovely, fresh and modern. It's close to the station ,metro and city centre but the area around is extremely sketchy once it gets dark. Also you hear every little thing in that apartment frkm the rooms nearby and above.Constant offers to purchase pretty much anything illegal on the doorstep ,screaming etc. If i was on my own , Id feel really scared. Our child said the area made him very uncomfortable

Absolut zentral gelegene kleine schöne Wohnung bis 4 Personen. Leider ist es nachts extrem laut auf der Gasse davor. Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen.

Trevlig trim med allt som lovats. Kändes ruffigt när vi anlände i den trånga gränden men efter att ha lärt känna Genova så var det inget konstigt. Trevlig kille som mötte oss och förklarade det vi behövde.

Clean, central apartments

Apartment was really clean, quiet and perfect for a couple of days in Genoa. The area is a little sketchy, especially at night, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are going to be out very late at night or if you have children with you.

Upon us checking in, I noticed the AC was leaking into the hallway, I notified the property at 19:00 and they told me to “empty the AC bucket”, the AC unit was 10 feet high. The following morning at 7:55 AM, a plumber entered our room without knocking or warning, while we were asleep. This was extremely upsetting and caused panic for both myself and my wife. No one informed us that someone would be entering the room, and we were not asked for permission. This is a serious violation of our privacy and security. We are very disappointed by how this was handled. The neighborhood was unsafe at night and extremely noisy from the above suite and street noise. I would not recommend this property

Bel appartement

Appartement situé à seulement 10-12minutes à pied de la gare de Genova Piazza Principe. Idéal pour explorer le centre de Gênes. Il se trouve à proximité du Port Antique, de nombreux restaurants, d'épiceries et de commerces. L'environnement est quelque peu animé le soir et le week-end. Il s'agit d'un très bel appartement de 45 m² (tout équipé) avec mezzanine. Comme un appartement que vos amis vous ont généreusement prêté pour la semaine afin que vous puissiez pleinement profiter de votre séjour.

Great apartment. Great AC it was really cold so it was perfect for me. Area is a little sketchy at night but nothing to worry about. Best if you rent a car because uber or bolt doesnt work in Genoa. Taxis are very difficult to get. Alot of parking spaces in the port if you rent a car. I would stay again.

Nuits difficiles

Sejour agréable. Rapport qualite prix général convenable. L'appartement est fonctionnel pour une famille avec un enfant. Plusieurs points negatifs demeurent et meritent detre soulever. La nuit, il est dificile de dormir pour deux raisons : 1 - Le bruit venant de la rue ou on a l'impression que les passants sont dans la piece avec nous. 2 - La qualité de la literie. Les matelas sont catastrophiques et je suis pas du genre a me plaindre sans raisons. Jai jamais connu de matelas aussi mou. Bref sans la literie ca aurait été plus que convenable et je serais revenu avec plaisir. L'appartement est bien situé, tout est a proximité.

It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. If you take the taxi it will leave you bottom of these steps and you need to carry your luggages Apartment’s elevator is on 1st floor so you also need to take go up 10-15 stairs to get to the elevator. The only thing negative about this apartment was the steps inside the unit which you need to take to go up to your bed. It blends in with the floor and I slipped couple of times. I really suggest for owner to make steps different color so it is easily visible or maybe lighting around that area to see better. Otherwise it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt in der Altstadt von Genua. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants und Läden. Lediglich die nächtliche Lautstärke durch Nachbarn störte etwas.
