Lazy Customer Service
Overall I found staying here was a poor experience. The check in took 45 mins. Service was incredibly slow everywhere.
To get my security deposit released has so far taken weeks AND I am still waiting.
The property stated that this would be released within 7 days, but that did not happen. Weeks later I am still waiting.
Virtually all of my emails to this hotel were just ignored. When they bother to reply I just got the predictable lazy deflective templated replies you would expect from a low grade company that did nothing to resolve the issue and has a very low regard for customers.
From my experience I think this place falls a very long way below a good level of service.
