The hotel is very close to the airport making it walkable to and from the airport. The beach and Malecon access is great. The dining options and food is okay but not the best. Drinks and staff were great. The pool is big.

Nice location very closed to the airport (5 minutes walking). Good access to beaches (no private beach in san Andres). Food /buffet not extensive but acceptable (guess savings post Covid).

If you ever have the chance to go to Decameron Isleño in San Andres… DON’T.
We had our worst experience ever as tourist. I summarize our one week stay as the three “nevers”: Never paid so much for a stay… never stayed in a worst hotel… NEVER going back to a Decameron.
It seemed to us as if that place has no managment.
Most employees are careless, lazy and even rude to the guests.

2024 HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I went for a milestone birthday and the whole stay was wonderful! The staff was super attentive & gracious. They went out of their way to make it special for me with sparkling wine, decorations and a personalized cake to make our stay even more festive. There were areas under renovation but it dis not dampen our experience. Super fun bartenders who were mixologists and each drink was better than the last! Musical performers were wonderful! This was my second time at this resort, third visit with the chain, and each experience gets better! Manager, Mr. Blanco, and reception staff gave us a truly personalized vacation!

The property was fine, the service was good and convenient to everything. The Ala carte reservation-only restaurants were terrible with super limited food options. The daily buffet was edible but mostly the night before food was redone. Fruit was super fresh so we stuck to that. The app needs work and the wifi there is super spotty. Overall, we had a great time and would do it again.

Great location, resort has multiple pools and bars for drinks.
Buffet was good, a lot options to choose.
Process to make reservations for the restaurants are difficult because you have to be at their WiFi to access the application if you are not at the hotel at 5:00 you will missed. The food for the 2 restaurants close to the resort were average and attention was poor specially at the Islander.
The rest of the restaurants were impossible to get reservations, they only have 5 spots for 500 clients.

Like: beach access:
Did not like: food quality in the buffet could be better, gym should have more hours, some of the entertainment at night is not suitable for children
