Our stay got cut short as my son got sick. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early. One would think that the manager would approve a refund for the one night that we did not stay at the hotel, but that was not the case. Instead, manager Christopher Blaha lied and said he would refund us, but in the end, that was just a lie to get me off the phone. VERY bad business Chirs. Me and my family travel all the time. I can assure you, we wont ever be staying at a Mokara Hotel ever again.
