Very nice clean, right on the beach. Friendly staff. Good food choice throughout day on all inclusive. Drinks unlimited. The beach beds are so nice with whirpool/jacuzzi.

My staying was not so good because they were in renovations. The kid pool was closed. My room was supposed to be the superior room but it didn’t seem as described. Also, they didn’t have room service.

Fue buena solo que al reservar para los restaurantes éramos un grupo de 17 y no podíamos cenar todas juntas , se me hace algo tonto ya que la capacidad era para 12 personas cuando tienen más de 100 huéspedes

Do not stay here!

I had to check out of the hotel early because the bed was rock hard. When I tried getting service at the pool side snack bar it took forever. Within two hours of being there, we wanted to check out. The beach in front of the hotel is a marina...not appealing. There was seaweed everywhere on the beach and it smelled. The hotel receptionist was nice and when I went back up to say i was checking out, she helped me and told me I was going to get a refund for the 7 nights. I had booked 9 nights and there was a penalty for checking out early of one night (which was fine). However, after repeated attempts they have not issued my refund on my credit card!!! i incorrectly booked the room for 2 adults and one child...my child was 10 and forgot to change his age and it said he was 2 yrs old. again fine, i needed to pay $360 cash for 9 nights at $40/nt. When i checked out that same day, they refunded me for 7 nights $280...again, okay. but it's been 4 weeks now and I'm still awaiting for my refund for the 7 nights. Hotels.com has been absolutely terrible in helping me with this issue as well. Ever since Expedia bought them out, the service with hotels.com is almost as terrible and the Reef Coco. hotel manager reading this review, please make this right and honor your word of giving me a refund. Also, I can tell your reviews are bot reviews...stop paying for bots to boost up your review ratings.

The resort was very nice and cozy. Although it’s not very large, it felt safe and easy to navigate — which was perfect for both my parents and young kids. Day 1: From transportation to check-in, everything went smoothly. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Day 2: We learned that restaurant reservations are made daily, which meant waking up early just to secure a spot. We got up at 6:30 AM only to find that the Japanese restaurant was already fully booked. Surprisingly, the front desk was able to book us a reservation for the following day, which felt misleading considering we were told reservations are same-day only. Because of this confusion and inconsistency, I deducted one star. Departure Day: Unfortunately, our experience ended on a bad note. Our airport driver was unprofessional — driving unsafely while using his phone, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when guest safety is at risk. Deducting another star for this. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful and the staff (aside from the driver) were great. Despite the issues, we will definitely come back again — hoping for improvements next time.

Absolutely a fun and enjoyable stay!! The staff is amazing. Definitely will return to them. Boris at the pool, the restaurant staff all of them are so sweet, so attentive. The front desk from The moment we got in until the day we left just ready to help and so happy to do it. Sad my trip is done but I know 100% Ill be going back to the reef coco beach

Es un hotel muy bonito y limpio, a pesar de ser época de sargazo manejan muy bien esa parte y su playa está muy bonita, la comida está muy rica, y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

We stayed 6 nights all inclusive. Food average, bar staff not too friendly. Beach has seaweed so smells and water brown. Would go somewhere else next time.

Lindos momentos

El personal fue muy amable, llevé a mi hijo en muletas y sin pedirlo, me ofrecieron silla de ruedas para que pudiera estar más cómodo. La comida no me encantó, pero es pasable. Los chicos que limpian la alberca se esfuerzan diario, felicitaciones para ellos; diario veía cómo terminaba de sucia el área de la alberca y de verdad que la dejaban como nueva. Los chicos de animación también nos hicieron pasar momentos muy divertidos en familia. En general la pasamos bien.

Bueno, nada extraordinario

Ya es un hotel que tiene sus años, si le hace falta mantenimiento, sin embargo, le dan buen tratamiento a la alberca. El personal es amable, pero los que se llevan las palmas son los chicos de animación, Boris y Aby, nos divertimos mucho en familia y en gran parte fue por su trato y actividades. Por otro lado, nos sentimos bastante incómodas, mi hija y yo, con los bar tenders del pool bar. Las almohadas me aniquilaron el cuello, muy duras y dormí fatal. La.comida nada buena, les recomiendo en todo caso pagar 1 día de todo incluído para que prueben, pero yo no pagaría por toda la estancia, hay muchas opciones de comida muy cerca. En general, la pasamos muy bien.

The property is very nice. The U-shape around the pool adds a quality of inclusiveness with the others. Unfortunately, noise late at night in one area or another was a problem for us. Music and other noise travels pretty much throughout the property. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be a place for you. If the staff knows that there are truly quiet corners of the property, then they should make guests aware of that and guide them to those rooms. Even when I asked before making reservations and while staying there, I didn't learn of any quiet rooms. The sargassum this summer is awful - every beach suffers from it. Reef's efforts to keep it under control on their immediate beach and sea area bounded by a sargassum fence helped.
