Did not provide bus passes to downtown which is almost a mile away. Rooms are out of date and staff have no power to make you happy. Cheap towels and limited coffee available in room and no tea offered. Spa hot tub not working and shower in bathroom inconvenient to use ( lacked shower mat and water went on floor when opening door). Would not recommend staying here. Check in staff was cold.

What a wonderful stay at Banff Inn!
We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Banff. The room featured vaulted high ceiling and abundance of natural light. The dinner at Italian style on-site restaurant was a treat after a long day of exploring Canadian Rockies, as well as relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna after long scenic trails was a nice wrap to the busy adventurous day. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful travel experience.

Our stay here was wonderful! Check-in was quick and easy, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. Arrived a bit early but was able to get into our room with no issues. Room was a good size, no microwave which we were disappointed in. Room clean was offered each day which you don’t often get anymore so that was a nice ‘extra’ that we were not expecting. A bit of a walk to the shops but that’s on us for not checking to see how far to the bus and shops.

Great hotel, easy to find parking around the hotel. We had a 3 bed loft suite and there was plenty of room. Hotel was modern and clean. We used the hot tub, and would definitely stay here again
