This is rated as a 5 star hotel…it is not. The hotel is located far from the city so you have to take public transport to get anywhere There is a supermarket very close by which is convenient cause there is really nothing around Overall rated it a 4 star cause the room had issues with the power blowing while using a tea kettle The doors had to be slammed to close

I usually don't write reviews. Just wanted to put in some thoughts for the management to take note and also for future occupants to consider. Good things - the place itself is reasonably clean and it is close to bus stops, taxi stands and super markets/pharmacies. There's not many restaurants or food options around the area, but you can find some good places in a 20 min walk radius. Things to consider - House keeping needs to improve, all they do is tuck in the bed sheets. The descriptions of the place said daily housekeeping and it is a five star establishment, but they don't seem to do that. They also don't serve complementary water bottles, when we called they told us just that. Its fair if it is the policy, atleast state that in your room descriptions please. Air con doesn't work and after we told the staff downstairs, they sent someone who asked us to leave the windows open. He tried opening one of the windows which didn't work and he opened another one and left. Only when we reported this again the next morning we were offered another room. I would expect this was their job to ascertain and give us options when the issue is reported first time. And in all my travels, this is the first time I am seeing the hotel staff asking us to leave windows open when an aircon problem is reported. Will not go back again.

Disappointing service

A little bit of a disappointing stay. I arrived very late due to a delayed flight, but although there was no queue at hotel reception, it was very slow to check in, and i was very tired. In addition to the above, the hotel and room is not 5 star standard, it was very dated and not very upmarket in its style and decor. In my room there was tea and coffee and a kettle, but no milk. When i asked the room service for milk to make my morning coffee, they tried to charge me €5.00! It would have been cheaper to just buy a cup of coffee! Its very poor standard not to provide the small sachets of milk for the room in a 5 star hotel! It is even worse to try to charge a guest €5.00 for milk for 1 coffee! Very shocking and below 5 star standard. Lastly, i booked 2 night stay, with breakfast for 1 morning. But my itinerary changed, and i was not able to have breakfast on the first morning, so i asked reception if i could take breakfast the following morning instead, but they refused! Once again, not a good experience and not 5 star service. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom are very spacious.
