Great location
Quick weekend trip to snowboard. Great location and walking distance to everything. Hotel is outdated but we knew that going in and were happy with the location. Wish we brought extra blankets for the bed.

Never come back again
Disappointed the room wasn’t well cleaned. Found pieces of candy wrapping on the floor by the bed, a used contact lens on the bathroom floor, the floors are coming apart, molding, iron board without cover, the sink leaked water all lever the floor. I told them to get it fixed which they did but when I got back from skiing all day, they took all my bath towels, I had to go to the FD and ask for towels so I could shower which they came late. Just not a great place to stay even for the price.

No heater in the freezing snow days
We recently stayed here in Tahoe during snowy weather and had a very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms—one was fine, but the other had a major issue: the heater was not working. We immediately reported this problem at check-in around 6 PM, expecting a prompt resolution given the freezing temperatures. However, despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was done. By 11 PM—after a long and exhausting day outdoors—we were still left without heat. At 11:30 PM, completely frustrated and unable to stay in such conditions, we had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. The lack of urgency and customer care in addressing such a critical issue was unacceptable. A functional heater in winter is a basic necessity, and the hotel’s failure to fix or offer an alternative solution ruined our experience. We expected better service and responsiveness, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet even the most basic hospitality standards.

Worst hotel in Lake Tahoe
The bathroom floor had water because of the leaking shower and there was missing tiles on the ceiling of the shower. The ceiling in the room damage and the bed was so hard to sleep on. The floors in the room were missing pieces and the lights kept flickering when on. When my husband and I were trying to sleep in people were stomping above us.

Horrible conditions
The fireplace did not work I have kids with me, and we froze all night even after your maintenance personal came in and adjusted it saying give it time it will get warm. The fireplace was not the fireplace that you have in the other rooms. Even if it did work, I could not imagine this tiny little fireplace warming up this whole room. -The TV is 19" while the other rooms have large tv's. It was Incredibly difficult for us to see. We had to cram in one bed just to watch tv. -There was one frying pan that had eggs still stuck to the pan and the pan was warped. I could not make a full breakfast due to the condition of the kitchen. I thought since there was only one pan, I would place the hash browns in the oven, and the oven didn't work. I now have to spend more money taking my family out to eat a full meal. -The towels were dirty, especially the wash rags. Clear dirt visually seen on the wash rags. -There was no laminate flooring. We had worn out carpet that was dirty and smelled. I appreciate your urgent response to this matter. I do not want a partial credit; I expect a full credit.

Good Option for South Tahoe
Great location less than one block from the Heavenly gondola and reasonably clean rooms with no strange smell. Overall, this hotel is a great option for the lower cost hotels in South Tahoe that are frequently terrible. The blinds need maintenance as they do not close properly. Need better instructions on how to use cable TV. Front desk could not figure it out, but the cleaning staff helped me.

It was alright
This place was alright. it was good for an average stay, from being out in the cold all day it was so nice to have the room warm. the shower was a bit of an issue. cold water would run even when u would just use hot water handle but then outta no where hot water would appear. it was clean as much as it could be, no mess and everything was good.
