Regretful choice
I had prepaid my room.I didn't find out until checking into the hotel that the hotel does not allow you to have guest visit I chose this location because it was a Central location for my family to be able to visit me after my chemo. Treatment. At the time of my check-in. I noticed that my reservation hadn't been corrected to include my grandchild. I told the young lady at the desk my grandchild was not listed. She was very rude, said, oh well, you would need to pay $10 now per day that it should have been done at the time of my reservation. I explained that I had called to update the reservation and they told me that they had added her and no change in the cost? I was charged through my incidentals $,20 for 2 nights plus tax. Also, the last and final straw was when my daughter try to bring food to me in my room, she was not allowed to bring the food to the room, they said that they do not allow. Food in the rooms. What kind of hotel is this obviously? Not a very good one, the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The young lady was the rudest. Person to deal with, she cared nothing about anybody. She was obviously mad or something going on with her. When I first arrived, I tried making small talk with her she just wouldn't even pay attention. I called customer relations, but no success with them either. They said the location was individually owned and that they would look into it.
