We did not stay. The hotel was not represented well on your site. Outside entrances didn’t feel safe. The car next to us when we pulled in had a bullet hole on the door. We left and stayed elsewhere

I wish i would have taken pictures. It was the dirtiest place ive ever stayed. The bathroom wasnt cleaned, the toilet had pee on it, the floor was so bad that i used a towel to mop just around the bed and the white towel was charcoal when i was done in that little area. Shower didnt drain properly. And there wasnt enough parking for thr amiu t of rooms they had. It was the worst hotel/motel experience ive had. I wouldnt even let my bags hit the floor

Hair in the bathroom sink and tub, bed was super uncomfortable, continental breakfast was like some bread, a waffle machine and a few packs of oatmeal. Didn’t see butter or even a bagged pastry on site. It was ridiculous.

The photos of this motel are very deceptive. It looked so nice when booking but we get there and it was not what the photos portrayed at all. Run down, the guys at the front desk were extremely hard to understand. They didn’t speak good English at all. We finally get to our room only to find out it was just an old run down room. Stuffy and stinky. Old doors and fixtures. And on top of that we sit down after a very long drive hoping to relax and enjoy some tv but nope. The cable and internet was not working. Extremely unhappy and disappointing! We will not be recommending or ever staying at another Super 8 because it’s not Super at all.

This would be okay place to stay if you wanted a cheap place close to the airport. It is a little run down and only one person to check in and take people to airport so was not there when I needed them. Very old place that needs updates.

The goal of this Kansas City trip was to enjoy a few days in the area on a budget and the Super 8 by the airport fit the requirements. The property is a bit dated, but the room was good overall, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the lingering smell of smoke in the room.

Room was clean & everything worked. No complaints. However, I checked out the night before, (just needed it during day)& i notified them early that I was doing that. But when i went to check out, no one was to be found. I called 3 times. I reached the person who was suppose to be at desk. I reexplained the aituation but he told me to come back the next day to get my deposit. I guess he didnt feel like checking my room at that moment or come to desk. So now i have to drive an hour there & an hour back to get my deposit back. Extremely inconvenient. & I wont stay there again because of it.

The stay was okay but we will not be going back to the property. The bath tub plug would not close to be able to take a bath. Plus the breakfast was not good the oj was sour the waffles were nasty. Saw a young child put his mouth on the spoon that was in the waffle mix. Told front desk they said they would handle it. But my wife came in after me and she didn't eat at all. Because the same young child was still playing in it.
