We did not request to have a room with an adjoining door so We did not like the fact that our room had one. Outlets on nightstand lamp did not work to charge phones. Couldn't find a guide on the tv for channel information. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Craptastic
The elevator didn’t work and they only had rooms on the second floor the bed was hard as a rock and every time the heat came on it had a weird smell when I called down to the front desk I was advised that was normal and it would be better in the morning it was no better they had breakfast in the morning at 6 am which consisted of cold eggs I went down at 6am because between the hard bed people kicking the metal sheet under the bed making noise and being roomed right out side the dumpster opening and closing all night who could sleep. But the breakfast was cold eggs moldy bagels warm cream cheese and make yourself waffles that had no syrup I was less than impressed with breakfast. Also at best the shower water got to Luke warm I tried at many times throughout the night because I was up all night. The fridge still had drinks in it from the previous people

Decent but overpriced
Room was very dated. Had some cobwebs. Bathtub was very discolored. Bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was all great. Just the hotel was dated. I guess i'd expect this room to be around $120 vs the $180 we paid. Also, the hot tub is no longer there even though it is advertised on hotels.com

TVs don't have sound for FoxNews and CNN channels
Everything was fine, EXCEPT the TV did not have sound for FoxNews and CNN channels. When I asked the front desk about it they had no answer as to why. Very strange and ODD.

We put in when selecting hotel we wanted hot tub and breakfast. No hot tub doesnt work. They ran out of food for the breakfast not even cereal. The waffle iron didnot work. Our room was dusty. We were suppose to get a inside court room. Our view was a empty hotel. Rude front desk worker. For 214.00 I would expect more.

Never again!
Terrible! The pool was freezing (63 degrees) because they unplugged the heater to save $. There was also an empty hottub for the same reason. Our entire 2 night stay there was broken glass on the pool deck. Screaming kids running the halls all hours and the flooring in the hallway has a hole in it covered with a small rug. I am disabled and the ONLY reason we booked here was beacuse I needed to have the use of the pool. The young girl working at the desk was rude when we requested to have the heater plugged back in. When i attempted to use the washroom near the lobby during the late eveving, i encountered a clearly, homeless woman bathing herself in the sink (partially nude). The exterior doors do not lock at night so can just wander in-and they do! Rooms were clean with the exception of the stains on the carpet and windows were filthy. Don't be fooled by pics online. This hotel doesn't resemble them at all...

Not as advertised. Hot tub broken. Elevator broken. Window wouldn't close properly, road noise loud. Both body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable though. There are better choices nearby.

They advertised hot tub and heated pool. Neither were working. Elevator broken but not a biggie, just had to walk up 1 flight of stairs. Could be a problem for someone with a disability or elderly. They didn’t tell us elevator wasn’t working until after our rooms were assigned. Clean.

Easy access to the highway, Birch Run outlet, and lots of dining options. The bed was very comfortable. The decor and upkeep of the rooms (chipped paint, wall stains, etc) could use improvement. Overall was an good, affordable place to stay and enjoyed the hot breakfast.
