Foi a melhor viagem das nossas vidas! Resort sensacional com tudo, atendimento espetacular, sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos. Quarto sempre limpo, resort muito bem cuidado. Comida muito gostosa com bastante opções. Recomendo demais, o melhor custo benefício e com certeza voltaria mais vezes.

A equipe é muito prestativa e educada. O quarto limpo e espaçoso.Avidades e festas todos os dias. Restaurantes amplos com variedade de opções, havendo algumas possibilidades para vegetarianos. Os doces eram ótimos.

Deixou a desejar!

Estive hospedado com meu esposo por 6 dias, quarto confortável, atendimento deixou a desejar, funcionários do bar do salão principal atendimento ruim, de má vontade fila para tudo! Não conseguimos fazer reserva em nenhum restaurante! Ninguém respondia o pedido! Não indico acho que tem opções melhores na região de Bavaro!

Para quem está com crianças ou precisa de alimentação especial o hotel não tem esse atendimento após as 22:30. Também não tem opções por perto para compra via aplicativos. Somente pizzaria e tacos após esse horário.

Bom resort, bons momentos

É um belo resort, muito bem cuidado. Fiquei nove diárias me diverti muito. Viajei em setembro e estava tranquilo. Boa comida bom quarto, lindas piscinas. É preciso melhorar em alguns aspectos como frequência na arrumação de quarto. Mas gostei muito.

Occidental Punta Cana

The rooms were clean, the staff were a little shy but when you ask for something they would attend to it immediately. The pools were beautiful. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach due to advisories. The food was ok, but they had a little for everyone taste.

Cereal Box Vacation- Ingenuine Customer Service

☆CONS Hygiene:● Fruit not properly washed (dirt visible on rinds) ●Waiters wipe off tables with dry handkerchiefs left behind by previous table occupants●Each tray of food doesn’t have its own tongs, they either share with 3 or 4 other displayed food or nothing at all●Saw a woman grab a hard-boiled egg with her bare hands, crack it on side of the metal trays, & then put it back in with the rest.●Saw a little girl scoop out soup with the ladle for it, & then put her nose to it.●Saw a little boy look around for tongs to grab tortilla chips from the snack bar & after seeing none, grab a handful for his plate.●Saw multiple staff members pick their nose or wipe their sweat near food areas.●Flies are a norm in the dining area.●Birds eat directly from the beach buffet trays.●Spotted a Cockroach (flying waterbug) sitting in dining room chair, in the buffet dining room. ●No sanitizer stations in any dining areas.●Room not fully cleaned (paper towel & hair left on floor). Food was sub-par (under seasoned & all meat fried dry & hard, even fish) Comfort: Room AC inconsistent, lights flickering & main buffet dining room is hot & muggy. Customer Service: Staff begrudgingly helps you unless you show them you're about to tip them. ●Housekeepers resistant to providing extra towels, until they clean your room or finish all rooms.●They don’t provide wash cloths. ●Hallways are a loud hang out spot for maintenance men & housekeepers ☆Pros: The bed was soo comfortable! Their beach is clean!

Shabby hotel with mediocre service

The staff has very limited English’s giving the impression of rudeness and creating misunderstanding. At the check in counter, I was rudely told to go over another check in desk without explanation. The person at that desk didn’t speak any English. Another person came to help him with my check in, but in the middle of this another guest, who spoke Spanish came, and I was ignored for a long period of time while they were chatting and laughing. Finally, after so called private check in, I was escorted to my room by a person who said he will be my “butler”. The room was not the one I reserved. The “butler” left for a long period of time and came back with a different room key. The second room also didn’t correspond to my reservation. I was exhausted and had tears in my eyes but no one noticed. Went back to the lobby. A manager came out and escorted us to the 3rd room. This was also not the room I reserved but he said it’s in the same category, he can’t give me anything else and doesn’t understand why am I crying. The “butler “ didn’t leave his contact information for the future services. My check in took about 2hours. The room was shabby but fairly clean. The safe and the balcony door were broken and I had to wait for the 2 different repair men to come and fix them. The balcony door was not fixed at the end After nearly 3 hours in this resort I just wanted to be left alone. The room had multiple broken tiles, peeling paint, broken iron, leaking shower, non-flushing toilet.

Viagem Agradável

Muito bom, atendimento cordial, mas a reposição das mesas é lenta e as vezes ignoradas, comidas e bebidas muito boas e abundantes. Limpeza dos quartos boa, porém deixam o banheiro sem as toalhas, mas a reposição é de imediato após a reclamação. Praia e piscinas excelentes. Recomendo sem dúvida!!!
