Out of all the motels in orovilke this ones the best !! All the staff are so kind, ive gotten to check in early which was a big help doing to being dis placed from the fires , the rooms are very spacious, and clean, the air works great in the rooms, a d tgey have a brand new washer and dryer.. ill only rent from this motel whenever i do need to get a room..

I walked on and walked right out. The place was rundown with a homeless man parked in front of one of the rooms. Doors open to rooms near mine. It was so uncomfortable I didn’t even take my stuff out of the car and just left.

Used needles lying around the property. A lot of foot traffic going in and out of rooms! Room was supposed to be remodeled, but yet the water pressure was so low we couldn’t even take a basic shower. Overall that will never be a hotel I ever recommend to stay in again. Would love a full refund of our money!

The front desk staff were nice but the neighborhood was not safe and it didn't feel safe to stay there. We left as soon as we woke up. The room smelled of mildew, there was water damage and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. It was very disappointing, used to stay here every year and it was not like this.

Entering the room I could see several insects in and in the the toilet which google lens identified as cockroaches. I checked the bed by pulling back the bedding and saw one spec there also. Also shower parts laying in the bathroom looked like a repair had been made but not cleaned up. I left.

Check in took over an hour. Even self check in was 40 mins. 3 pm in checkin but they wanted to charge us $40 for early checkin. ((It was 2:54 when we first tried)) there where only 3 employees checking in people.

My husband and I checked into our room that had just been cleaned to find a drug Needle and syringe with stuff still inside and a cockroach on the wall. We took video and photos of the issue and let the front desk know we had evidence and proof of this.

Check-in was easy, fast, and pleasant. The room was massive. The TV was nice and big and the heater worked well. There were hangers in the closet and a functioning refrigerator. The biggest complaint - they need to replace all of their linens and bedding. It would make a world of difference. The towels were thin and way overused. The blanket on the bed appeared to have been around since the 70s. The comforter too. It felt dirty to be in it for its clear signs of aging.

The price was good, hence the reservation at this particular venue. However, upon arrival, after checking in, foundbthe place to be not very clean, and when we entered the room, we were hit with the unmistakeable smell of cigarrette smoke. The WiFi was very poor, and for some reason AT this hotel, Verison wireless data is HORRIBLE as well. Bathroom was pretty nasty, (dirty) and killed 2 roaches upon entry of it (they scattered when O turned on the light) so we just left the lights on. Towels smelled of mildew, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The first room I was given (smoking) had no ashtray. Then I called the desk asking how to use the remote as it was not working and was told "it's self explainable" which I felt she was speaking to me as an idiot. Then when the tv was actually not working I asked for a different room which I got. Not pleased with my stay!

Room price was great. Staff friendly during check-in. This is what got this place 2 stars and not one. Room was large and a bit dated, but not bad. That's all for the good stuff. Bathroom sink was dirty. Had particles that needed to be scrubbed off. Dirty towels hanging behind the door. Floor was filthy. In need of a deep scrubbing. Refrigerator size was nice, but in desperate need of defrost. The morning brought a fun twist as the cockroach scurried across the floor. Desk and nightstand were nit cleaned. Beds were pretty much as expexted. If these basic items were taken care of, this would be an above average economical stay.

There were people parcked and standing in front of our room I asked front desk to move us and was told they were fully booked. When I entered the room, the room temperature was stifling,hotter inside that it was outside. Worse than that, the bedding had not been changed and was piled in the middle to the bed.I didnt stay long enough to check if the bathroom had been cleaned. The front desk had no maid service to come clean the room and change the bedding, and no other rooms for me to move to, so I cancelled the reservation and had to find a room at another hotel after driving 3 hours to get there. The pictures online must be from 10 years ago because the property had definitely gone downhill from what was shown online. The young gal at the counter was appologetic, but that didnt resolve the problem,so I left.
