Booked this place for a member of staff who was working in the area. They checked out early as they had druggies trying to break into their room in the middle of the night whilst they were sleeping. needless to say they didn't feel safe and we booked them better accommodation elsewhere. They said the property was also very dirty and unhygienic.

The property was not as advertised. The rooms were not fully clean and the brand new kettle did not function at all. The heater blew cold air only and the bedding appeared to not have been cleaned properly. The milk in the fridge was also old and out of date.

Service was really friendly and professional. Unfortunately the bathroom had a cigarette smoke smell to it. Over all the room was spacious and quite clean. Would definitely stay again.

I have booked for executive room and what i got was a standard room and i was very disappointed withe the service they did not made my bed or taking dirty towels of floor and shower head not secure properly it keeps on falling on to my head i have to hold it and try to shower as i have had surgery on

did not like the place was nothing like advertised picture the room we booked as per photo had a large lounge in it we had none there was no sink to wash up cups etc except for bathroom sink 2 adults and a 15yr stayed we had 1 teacup 1small coffee cup and 2 glass cups Maintance issues as well front door would not close properly unless slammed the door (Frame had been shaved down on the frame ) bathroom door on the inside had a crack through it the door were the vanity /sink area in bath room meet the door fame there was a large gap one of the side lamps was missing the pull down string to turn it on there was a tiny piece we had to try and grab to turn the bed side lamp on and she took a long time from confirming our booking to giving us our room key which made me think they may have swapped our room this room also had a connecting door to the next room which we did not ask for very different room to the nice photo show on web page also kitchen bent area also had lots of cut marks in the wood from knives and there was no table /bench to eat meals on only 1 small out door table on the patio the air conditioner was very old but it done the job was very disappointed with room as there was definitely no resembles to the photo on the wed site and as a customer that's what we rely on is accuracy in photos when booking accommodations we were there for the basketball competition held every year in Melb will not be booking here again

This motel is in a perfect location with just a short drive to the shops markets and places to eat. Room 34 has a newley renovated bathroom, but the rest of the apartment needs some work. The room was very dirty. The bench top had not been wiped clean, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guests. The bathroom floor looked clean, but after wiping up excess water, turned the white towel black. There was no wifi password provided. I pre-booked a 1 bedroom appointment with a kitchenette, but ended up with a small motel room with only a microwave. For the price of this accommodation, it is not too bad apart from the cleanliness.
