I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
When we reported this to the reception and asked for a different room, they came to check and insisted that it didn’t smell like smoke, claiming that all rooms have the same scent. This was clearly not true, as my friend’s room had no such smell.
What made the situation worse was the attitude at the reception. They spoke in their own language while laughing, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Eventually, they gave us another room, but without any apology or effort to make us feel welcome. We were told that if we weren’t satisfied, we could just leave and get a refund—again, no apology for the inconvenience.
There was also no basic hospitality. No greeting when we arrived or when we left, which made the whole experience feel cold and unwelcoming.
On top of that, the elevator did not feel safe. At one point, it opened its doors while still moving, which is a serious safety hazard.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the poor service, lack of professionalism, and safety concerns.
