到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。

Poor customer service
We woke on the 24th of January to be told that our flight that day had been cancelled due to Storm Eowyn. We immediately tried to contact the hotel with no success. We then decided to contact Hotels.com who were very understanding of the situation and contacted the hotel on out behalf to see if we could move the booking by a week due to this unforeseen weather cancellation. Sadly the hotel refused to move the booking as it was booked as a “non refundable” booking. Having checked the hotels T+Cs even if we’d paid the supplement to book a room that had free cancellation this was only applicable till 24 hours before arrival so we would have still been out with the terms of that agreement and would have likely been denied a move/refund since our flight was cancelled at 6am on the morning on arrival. Under the circumstances this is a sign of poor customer service and we won’t be using the hotel for any of our future travels to Seville.

Assigned a room that does not match picture online
We stayed for three days in this hotel. We were provided with a room that does NOT look like the one shown on hotels.com where we booked the room. We booked a room with twin bed and an extra bed but we got a room unlike the picture hotels.com website reveals for that category of room. Instead, the room we got is cramped and small, without any table/desk or bed at all. It is clearly a standard room (on the small side even for a standard room). With the extra bed installed, there is barely room to turn around in that unit.

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Excellent stay even though there is some remodeling going on. New soundproofing is remarkably good. Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom feel luxurious. Looking forward to seeing all the improvements in the future

Fantastic room, free tea coffee & 2 x bottles of water. All staff very friendly. Coffee room is temporarily while building work is being done and is a disappointment. Small & very little choice of pastries. I would still recommend this hotel though.
