DISMISSIVE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT.

The manager (male Hispanic) and a woman front desk agent were very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive of me when I came to them with a concern. I will NEVER give them my service again. They don’t care about their customers.

The hotel is dated. Elevator was a loud, considered taking the stairs. Room darkening shade did not open. Window sill was dirty with black dust and a sucker stick stuck to it.

Worst Customer Service/Uncomfortable Bed

First time to stay in your hotel with my family & friends. It was really a bad experience. We checked in on the night of Sep 18 coming from Redwood. I requested if we can all be in one building - total of 3 rooms. But I was put to the other building on the 3rd floor since she told me that there's no available 2-queen bed. When we get in to the room, the curtain is damaged and falling apart. Since I'm with a kid which would not be safe for the boy, I decided to request to transfer to another room. They gave me another room, 1st floor and in the same building where my friends are. So I told the her that I though there's no available room in this building. Anyway, we went in to the room but the room smells cigarette - really has a bad odor so I went out right away fearing my asthma will trigger. I requested another room and they put us to the 2nd floor in the same building. The room seems okay but as we are ready to lye down in the bed - oh gosh - the beds are squeaking and very uncomfortable. We got no choice but to bear with it since we are all tired.

There was no small refrigerator in room and the A/c kept turning on even though we turned off at controller on wall.

Pleasant stay

Overall very pleasant stay with my family. The staff was very kind. The only complaint I have is that I called a couple times to ask for towels and no one ever came. We were located right next to the pool so I just had the kids grab extra towels from the pool. The location was perfect….literally next to anything you may need. We would come again! We definitely took advantage of the pool ALOT!

Overall it was pretty great. The room was great and the staff were nice. The halls of the hotel were a bit strange -- it was a bit like walking through a maze, the little map the receptionist gave me didn't help, the halls themselves were thinner and more dimly lit than normal for a hotel in my experience, and it smelt like marshmallow throughout. Honestly, the halls reminded me a bit of a nursing home. The hotel is right next to a highway, which made for some noise, although I was able to get to sleep fine. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and did not smell like marshmallow, so besides the noise of the highway, I have zero complaints about the room itself.

We loved the indoor pool & hot tub. I appreciated the Bath & Body Works complementaries. My only complaint is I would’ve preferred if the restaurant used more eco friendly materials. In San Francisco, they use thick card board/paper material for your food & biodegradable utensils.
