Très sombre dans la chambre, nécessité d’allumer les lampes toute la journée, literie très dure, sentiment très lourd, chambres insonorisées (on a entendu marcher dans la chambre au-dessus) très tard le soir et dès 5h du matin, offre petit déjeuner assez pauvre

Hotel com boas condições porém o atendimento no Check-in foi efetuado com pouca competência e profissionalismo. As praias não corresponderam às expectativas. A ementa do restaurante tem pouca variedade mas apresenta qualidade e as funcionárias foram muito atenciosas.

Wonderful stay, amazing beach hotel

Fantastic stay. We had a double bedroom apartment overlooking the beach. Everything was wonderful. The beach is stunning, the facilities are great. Housekeeping (especially Rena) was excellent. Beds and the apartment as a whole were very comfortable. They even left a beautiful gift basket of local products for my birthday- a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The only minor point, is that the bathtub in one of the two bathrooms was a bit old. But otherwise absolutely everything was A++

Grand case beach resort is a true slice of heaven- the beach on the property is wonderful- the food in town is excellent and the property itself has all you need. It would be nice if they had free shuttles taking you downtown grand case instead of always having to walk or pay for an expensive taxi.

Staff are nice & accommodating. Water pressure in shower is amazing. The location is around a neighborhood that id advise to remain aware of your surroundings. However, I saw security posted along the streets. Great location to food spots. The property is older than we are used to. The rooms are clean but could use some updating. We enjoyed the stay but would prefer to stay at a newer location when returning to St. Martin.
