So when i first arrived the gentleman was nice check in was easy and quick..he wven called to make sure i was satisfied with my room... i thought that was extra and very kind... the room looked clean and organizing it didnt smell weird as some hotels do... i was like okay its not the hyatt but its doable and reasonable ill stay here again... later that evening it happened i saw a roach coming across the carpet i was devastated didnt sleep that night it was too late to leave and i still had one more night.... now in defense of the hotel there was no indication that there was a problem with this... so what i can say is that i believe one of the guests probably brought the addition with them...in the morning i went to the desk to inform them of the issue and that the evdence was still dead on the floor by the door... she moved me to a different room which at the moment i didnt want to take because i felt thatbwho ever brought the roach with then is still there and i dont know if they had friends.... so i asked could i move my room to another day ljke the next week im just not comfortabe ....i was turned down with no refund no nothing.. i didnt even ask for a refund but dang just nothing...i have pictures too... so now im putting the info out there....

Everyone needs a raise
I loved how they let ys get our stuff together and didnt pass judgment especially MJ he and the housekeeping were so good abd so was maintenance. They were very good to us. We were goig through something bad. Our company left us stranded there and they helped us as much as they could with everything. I applaud The hope that they gave us I like the way they treated us the rooms were clean it smell great it wasn't out of date things up in the room it didn't smell like mothballs it's not your typical smelling hotel the rates were great they just helped us so much they wouldn't above and beyond approach and none of this stuff not none of the front desk that have looked at us like we were not human like most hotels do they turn up their nose at you and they treat you really bad even though they don't know what you're going through and it was good to be around that staff when we were going through things and they helped us a lot with everything that gave us a late checkout it was wonderful for the most part I think of if it hadn't been for their patients we would have been more stressed out but I think them very much the whole hotel thank you.

I had to be moved from a king bed to two queen because the remote won’t work and no one knew how to fix it. In the new room you could hear the people above my room all night walking around. The maid came in and folded the bathroom floor mat but that was it, didn’t make the bed, didn’t restock anything. The only good thing about this place was the young man working the front desk in the evenings.

The staff there at the desk were rude. Maya was the only professional and nice one. The toilets didn’t flush properly and I had to change rooms. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again

Toilet didn’t work properly. I had to go get a plunger from front desk and my girlfriend had to keep going to lobby Just to use restroom. Also the hot tub was dirty prior to us using it.
