Weber’s is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are updated with rain showers, including a handheld shower head. The only complaint I would bring to the attention of hotel staff is the room should have been thoroughly & properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty and stained & there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Disappointed especially given the cost of the room.

Great location, less then 8 minutes from downtown. Clean room and nice staff. Did not go to restaurant but looked delicious! Had a pleasant stay

Hotel is old rooms are old need new paint on doors. Security llock on room broken. Bathroom tiny only 1 person can fit. Glass on mirror chipped. Ive been to better boutique hotels. The picture looks better than actual room. We checked out early. Ac/ heat tooooo loud

Honestly, the first night was excellent and the people were great. Everyone was polite, and we had a good time. Our issue came up on the second night when it became something of a Las Vegas style hotel, with drunk angry people screaming in the hallway is well past 12am screaming obscenities and profanity without any regard for any other customers. We called security twice, who came upstairs and did absolutely nothing and the saga continues. My wife ended up having to go downstairs, and I had to confront the people being loud and obnoxious myself and asking them to realize that some people were there for work. In return, what I got was random loud knocks on the door all through the rest of the night, pretty much keeping us up most of the night. Now, I’m not one to ask to be comped or given any handouts, and I sure as heck don’t feel like I needed to be comped. I didn’t want or ask for anything in return for the lack of service the night before. All I wanted, and would expect from anyone with basic customer service training, was an acknowledgment that more could’ve been done. Instead, what I got was a cup of coffee in the morning, which I really do appreciate, but when I turned down the offer for some free breakfast food like croissants the comment to me was “OK, but don’t say I didn’t try to make it up to you.” Really?
