The room was inexpensive but worn. The carpet was torn, the paint was chipped, and the bathtub needed to be resealed.

Inop Pool & Jacuzzi
The room was fine, the bathtub was not, very old and I wouldn't want to take a bath in it. The biggest problem we had was the condition of the pool & jacuzzi, (which is an interesting photo you use - it's of the jacuzzi, but neither of them were in operation and the pool area was closed! We had just purchased a $50 bathing suit for my husband, but couldn't use it for our trip... There should have been mention of this in the reservation information since we always want to utilize the jacuzzi when we travel.

Pool looks nothing like the photo
The place was run down. Pool and hot tub was green muddy gross. Pool chair was broken. The whole upstairs residents had open doors with loud music playing. The smell of curry everywhere. The room was clean but the bedding was wrinkled. Tv small. Hotel.com has not got back to be for a refund. It’s be 24 hours now. Waiting The staff was friendly and did refund me the pet fee but did nothing for the noise. Sad 😔

Appreciated the quick check in. The problem was noise. I could clearly hear the tv from the adjoining room, and the business next door had a loud band start at 930 pm.

Fun check in
We arrived and the gentleman at the check in desk was ready to check us in even though it was around 11:30pm. He was able to give us the room we had when we were here a few months ago and found that the room to be very easy access for my 88 year old mom who has some ambulation issues. The gentleman joked with us that I didn’t even have to move the car as we were already parked near the room. Given that we hit some very heavy traffic earlier causing us to arrive later than expected we were happy to be met with such consideration and humor!!!!

Super cheap budget motel with pool and hot tub
For a budget hotel in a tiny desert town it was great. OK, it's older and needs upgrades, but the room was decent, it had a beautiful pool and hot tub, and the manager xouldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. All for $50??? Come on!
