The worst staff I've ever seen in my life ever
I was given a room that was cheaper than the room I actually paid for. I paid for a room with a bed and a sofa and was told I couldn't have one because that's not what I asked for. I showed the lady that I did pay for a sofa and a bed and she continued to argue with me and then just turn around and walk away from me mid conversation. I contacted hotels.com and the gentleman contacted the hotel to try to rectify the situation and she continued to talk over him and yell at him and told him that he was wrong so nothing was done about the problem I was hoping to get at least my money back or a free night stay and was told no. I had all the proof I needed to show that I paid for this room and was not accommodated with it. The worst customer service ever at this hotel the help was extremely rude and she continued to be rude with me throughout the night and the next day. I am homeless right now and have nowhere to go so I had no choice but to stay here and every time she sees me she continues to make my stay complicated if you want proof of this issue give her a call and I guarantee you she's going to say you're wrong no matter what the problem is she's going to yell at you and talk over you and maybe hang up on you

Wouldnt stay here again
Check in was easy and smooth, the room on the other hand was pretty bad. Walked in and the first thing we noticed was that the bathroom door had previously been kicked in, no lock or even locking mechanisms on door and door didnt even fully shut. Then go to look for a charger plug and notice this big hole in the wall with hanging wires right next to the bed. Pool area was very small and pretty dingy looking. No pool towels. For the proce we paid, i huess we expected more. Hallways looked nice thiugh.

overall it was good. clean and friendly staff. the pool was freezing-polar plunge cold, but they allowed us to use the hotel across the street at least. the breakfast was ok but could have been better. pretty good value for the price.

Stayed here for a week. Booked because it had a pool and breakfast. Pool had a sign that said closed for cleaning, however, no cleaning ever happened, no employees ever entered to poop area. Breakfast was crappy eggs that were runny, rubbery sausage and dry biscuits and gravy. Had to come down to the front desk every two days to get keys redone as they expired. Most employees barely spoke any English, a true Patel Hotel.

The inside of hotel was so clean and immaculate. The housekeeping staff worked all day long. Hallways smelled fresh. It was the outside dilapidated structure and surrounding area that the staff had no control over. That burden rests on Clarion management to update and fix the surrounding property damages such as broken signs, doors, keypads, sidewalks and parking lot. Their staff sure work hard to make it a pleasant stay for their guests. The manager was accomodating to my nightshift schedule. Went above and beyond! I will definitely stay there again.
