Great price, and terrific location in walkable downtown, right next to Saroyan Theatre and Convention Center, civic center, tons of great dining options. Easy free parking. Clean and decent, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast. One gets the impression new owners have a few things to take care of. Broken phone, ice machine out of order although they can give you ice at front desk, saw a few little roaches, no recycling. But bottom line: when I come to Fresno again, this most likely is where I will choose to stay.

The worst hotel experience in my life

Stayed two nights…room was not serviced on the second day…bed not remade, no fresh towels…addressed it with the front desk. No change even by the evening after arriving back. Most terrible hotel experience in my life. Will never stay at a Best Western establishment again.

The windows had blue paint on it. There were scratches on the wall. Floor felt dirty. Looked like it wasn’t swept. Sink was not wiped off. One light wasn’t working and the TV volumn didn’t work.

It was terrible, we booked a king size bed, but it comes with two queen only, and asking us not to use the other bed. The bed has sound also everytime you get off from the bed. The fridge is broke as well.

Everything we needed for the night

Not a lot of parking, but the hotel was clean and near chuckchansi park, where we were headed for a concert.

Nice amenities, fridge, microwave - but dirty floo

Air conditioning was great! Toiletries great! Good TV choices. But floor made my feet dirty. Yech! And I didn't get any breakfast because it doesn't start until 6:30.

the room had a bad smell. continental breakfast don’t offer you water you have to buy for 2:00 dollar a bottle. no cups for coffee it was not a good experience.

Great stay, dirty pool
