This hotel is very dated. The food options were not so great. The restaurants with better meal options cost extra at a minimum of $50. Ordering room service seemed to be a lot better. The beds are comfortable. No night life or fun evening events for guests.

We were there during hurricane jessica. Arrived Tuesday. Only 2 restaurants open, the buffet and one serving on pool menu food. Pool clearly closed. Hotel did zero to make things better. I saw other hotels hosting cocktail making classes, bingo, towel folder, poker. They did zero. We left after a day and the hotel refused to issue any credit for a future stay and charged for 5 nights and we stayed 1.

HOTELS.com versus The Hotel, Beware of booking

This review is a tale of two experiences. First, my BEEf with HOTELS.com and why I usually don't book through this app!! Birthday weekend, and got scammed out of $517 because HOTELS.com would not add an Adult to the hotels all-inclusive package. Please make sure that you select 2 Adults before you book this property. I was in a rush, last minute trip, and made my booking while actually sitting on the airplane. The difference in adding an Adult, $70 on the app, $517 on property, STRAIGHT RIDICULOUS!! But what can you do once the app has your money and you've already flown to your destination. NEVER AGAIN HOTELS.COM, they were no help in coming to an amicable resolution. As for the property, and two hours of hell to begin my birthday weekend between HOTELS,com and the front desk, was ALL GOOD!! Outside of that shady business at the front desk, the Service was excellent around the property. Definitely felt pampered by the staff throughout our stay. The private beach is on a beautiful location of the Sea of Cortez, I'm still hearing the waves now. You also have several Sister properties that you have access to and we enjoyed the Steak House at Quivira. We decided to rent a car out of San Jose because we didn't want to be subject to hotel shuttles and the freedom to move around on our schedule (had been to Cabo before). So yes, to recommending the property, just not sure if I would return. The intro left a bad taste in my mouth, felt like a hustle, not cool at all!!

Spiaggia chiusa per pericolo sanitario. Bella piscina. Buon Wi-Fi. Cibo vario. Buon servizio di spiaggia e bordo piscina, anche service room. Pulito. Manca locale chiuso ( bar) per ascoltare musica, giocare a carte o semplicemente bere qualcosa in compagnia. Ha piovuto e per andare al ristorante ci siamo bagnati. Non è attrezzato per giorni di pioggia. Un vantaggio è che si può usufruire dei 3 hotel della catena

Our experience at this property was underwhelming. The overall condition felt dated, and unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest well during our stay. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but were disappointed with the lack of guidance upon arrival — no map of the property was provided, and no one informed us where to find the restaurants or amenities. It felt disorganized, and we weren’t greeted or offered any assistance with our luggage. The check-in process felt more like being herded through a system than welcomed as guests. Food options were limited to the main buffet (which we discovered opened at 8 a.m. each morning), poolside delivery, room service, and a small deli/store. While these options were convenient enough, there was little variety and no clear communication about what else, if anything, was available. Overall, this stay didn’t meet expectations, especially for an all-inclusive experience. There’s potential here, but the property would benefit greatly from better hospitality, clearer guest communication, and some much-needed updates.

I’d like to start saying our stay overall was good. The food was good, their buffets had limited options but they had multiple restaurants to choose from. The property itself was older and a bit outdated but you could tell the staff was working all day to keep things clean and organized. The beach was beautiful as well. However, there were a few things we weren’t aware of until we arrive worth mentioning. 1. Was our all inclusive stay had a few restaurants that weren’t included and had an additional cost if we chose to eat there. 2. Some specific drink and special meals were also not included usually they will tell you there is an additional cost, however we had one encounter where we were only told about additional cost of a bottle of wine after it was poured. So those are just a few things to keep in mind if you do the all inclusive. However the staff was very nice, service is usually slow, in general it’s a slower paced resort but the staff was always nice.

This was our 3rd stay at the Rose and our last. Since 2017 it went downhill. Quality of food , Cleanliness. Un Friendly staff. Pool area was dirty. Our room closet smelled like queso. Room was just old and musty.

The beds were hard. If you have never been to Cabo then you may like it because it is on a swimmable beach. Not a lot of restaurants in Blanco or Rose’. The Blanco had 2 great restaurants. The Rose had mostly buffets. Go early so you don’t have the kids and parents grabbing food with their hands. They need to be a little clearer on what meal is a buffet and what is a menu. Not all choices were clear.
