Clean, beds were amazing, staff was excellent, newly refurbished, mini fridge and microwave came in handy for leftovers. Midweek stay and was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Conditions good except for bed. Bed was uncomfortable to sleep on(uneven). Definitely need to replace the bed. Good location from mall, freeway, Carmel and ocean.

Not to shabby I guess
It was alright, clean for the most part. A little old, at least the room I stayed in was. I was I room 30. But we also were late to check out and they were lenient. The second day they weren’t and kicked us out but that’s my own fault. We stayed up late so we ended up waking up late. But overall it was cool.

Great stay, great price
I loved everything about my stay. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was quiet enough for me to get good rest. The bed was big and comfy. The shower was perfect. There was plenty of parking. The prices were super reasonable. I would 100% stay here again!

NEVER BOOK HERE
This is absolutely one of the worst hotels. They have no sympathy for their guests and no understanding. I booked my weekend here for my nephews birthday back in November, I had until the 7th of January to cancel. The wildfires in Los Angeles started on the 7th and exploded overnight - to the point of a state of emergency. I attempted to cancel my reservation on the morning of the 8th because of how severe the fires had gotten, also the only two freeways for me to get there were closed due to the fires. So not only was there no way to get there, it was completely unsafe and my family was dealing with the wildfires as well. I was reaching out for an update every other day. It took two weeks to get a final response from the hotel. They kept telling me a manager needed to approve and there was never a manager on site for some reason to speak with. I cannot believe that this hotel not only would not refund me for my stay due to extenuating circumstances but they didn’t even offer to change the dates of my visit when travel would have been safe. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this hotel, no compassion for their guests and no willingness to assist during a difficult and stressful time. I would never book here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
