Overall good stay just maybe wrong timing
Great check in beds was alittle firm for me but then again its hard to please everyone when it comes to beds. Main issue was kids was taking ice water from the gym and squirting ot at people in the pool and many kids was sitting on friends shoulders pushing each other off. I was hard to deal with with a toddler tring to enjoy her time in the pool.

Hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Steph always greeted you as you walked in the door or you left or just came down to the lobby. Facilities were really clean.

Bed did not have clean sheets.
The rooms are very nice. The Breakfast was good. The major problem we encountered was that the bed sheets were not clean. Full of hair and dirty. The Person on duty apologized and gave us a different room. All was clean in 2nd room.

It was awesome, my daughter and little granddaughter were thrilled with the room, pool, and decor! So was I. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Dirty
The rooms we rented were left in an unclean condition. Trash was found in the rooms and hair was found on the beds. Not impressed and would not recommend.
