Worst experience of our trip. The welcome was rather cold, breakfast was not available on the first day at 8 a.m. even though it was supposed to be served from 6:30 a.m., with no explanation. On the second day, breakfast was served but charged, even though it was supposed to be included. After filing a complaint on the website, it was refunded a few days later without any communication. And in the end, my credit card was charged 25% more than the amount booked on hotel.com (with $40 Mastercard fees?). In conclusion, very poor service and the feeling of having been scammed.
