It was not good. Cancelling reservations we made in four weeks. The hall carpet had so many wrinkles that I tripped and fell, ran out of coffee and creamer on Sunday morning, mattress was 5 inches off the frame, tv remote did not work and you had to maneuver the door to get it to lock

Hot springs la quinta SUCKED
1st room put into refridgerator didn't work and we needed it for food. 2 trash cans we full from last tenants. So we moved to 2nd room and this room the heater was broke in the middle of december. So we moved to 3rd room to see a unused diaper laying out in the open, only after the desk clerk went in first to turn on the heater and didn't even see the diaper. The carpet in the hall is worn out and needed replaced years ago. Saying all this to say la quinta has been the hotel chain of choice for a long time but this is the worst one yet.

Great hotel with good hotel
We wanted a safe and comfortable stop along the way and found it here. The restaurant next door, The Bleu Monkey Grill was pretty much in the same parking lot and it was perfect in both offerings and pricing.

Meh….
Check-in was a bit slow, and I had to go all the way back downstairs (from the 4th floor with all my bags) because my room keys weren’t working. The curtains can’t close, and there are giant bright lights shining into the windows. I had to get clothespins from Walmart to partially close the curtains so I could sleep. The tub needs to be replaced; it was really messed up. I could also hear every little thing going on in the other rooms and in the hallway. Breakfast was good. Tv channels were good. Checkout was easy.

It was a great motel, except the tub wster made a loud rattling noise when you tired to ajust it. Hard to get WARM water. Only bad tthing. Great breakfast.

Property needs overhaul on the inside. Outside looks to have been updated in recent years. Carpet In hallways needs to be replaced with something newer and not the existing carpet which is heavily perfumed! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Economical and good location.
