My door lock never worked. I had to make several trips to the office to get help. One time I made three trips to the office, and then finally an assistant manager came with me to the room. The door would not unlock the assistant manager had to bring a heat gun to warm up the lock. She told me they were going to change the door lock but never did. They would give me new keys to the room the key would work one time then I had to start all over again.

Room update needed!!!!
This hotel is just going downhill. I have stayed here many times in the last 15 years. The room just feels old. YOu can see rust everywhere, touch-up paint, and just uncomfortable beds and sheets. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The picture really only show the good side like the pool or rooms that are stage. The price is nice for the area, but I will not stay here in the future and just pay more for nicer rooms.

I have mixed feelings about my stay overall. The front desk staff was very helpful upon checking in. However, my “superior room” was mediocre. The room felt uninviting. The door did not fully meet the threshold and there was a small gap. There was part of the wall/door area in the bathroom that was literally rusting away. The shower only had part of a door, which caused a small flood on the bathroom floor/toilet area. It felt like. cheap weird motel.
