There should be more restaurants to choose from. Also, we tried making a reservation at a restaurant, which can only be done at the hotel, but there were no reservations available the entire time we were there. Gift shop is full of random items for purchase that honestly have nothing to do with the island of Antigua. Lastly, I moved my sister’s bag one morning as we were leaving and a cockroach about an inch and a half long ran out from underneath it. Luckily, a staff member was nearby and killed it…then asked me for my shoe to flick it out of the room. Happy 40th to me though. I’ll never forget this.

Birds around food are terrible! Constantly ran out of food, minimal selections! Not enough bartenders! Minimal entertainment! No soda, juice or beer in room fridge! Worst all inclusive I have been too!!!!!

Property was beautiful and on the beach but it was on the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean. Water was always rough and snorkeling off the beach had limited visibility due to the waves. Sargassum was bad but the property cleaned the beach every morning. We stayed the week before the property was closing for renovations. So restaurant had limited food and wine selection due to the closing which was disappointing. They ran out of pina coladas, and other drinks. We did enjoy ourselves but wished the hotel would have had better accommodations. We paid for a beach front room and it was not what I would consider beach front however the room was extra large with a large bathroom. Room service only comes every other day.

This property is amazing! From the food to the views to the staff everything was top notch. I loved the different daily activities. We went on the stingray excursion, and it was such a neat experience. The food was very tasty. The staff are so welcoming and nice. I cant say enough great things about this resort. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall the stay was good. But the food was. Unfortunately, we were there for our honeymoon and didn't get any recognition for it, Even after sending the hotel staff a message saying we were there to celebrate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the booking dinner reservations 48 hours in advance and I believe it is only two to three specialty. And the lack of nightly. But we had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again.

Property welll maintained- entertainment was not good. Drinks were awful - 1 beer served which we all hated - rum was ok if that’s what you drink - everything else had to be watered down. This is only for a laid back vacation.

If you’re looking for a party/turn up resort.. THIS ISNT IT. This resort is very very quiet, calm, and chill. The crowd is more on the older side. The food at the snack bar was really really good! I wasnt able to get any dinner reservations but that was ok! Rooms were clean and simple, nothing extravagant. Drinks were good! Resort had so many pools that i dont remember reading about LOL. Overall definitely a nice resort and I would come again!!

The property was very clean and the food was amazing. Even the buffet was better than other all inclusives I’ve been to. The beach was very clear and clean. The people were very nice as well. But if this is your first time visiting the island, please be aware it is on the opposite side. So any excursions, Shirley heights, etc are all 30-45 mins away. That’s the only downside to this resort but everything was exceptional!

We loved the property. We had a party of 10. We made daily use of the Pickleball courts - though it was a “hike” to get to the courts and to the gym. Staff were great. The food at the buffet and Pineapple Grille were great. Beach was really nice and the Beach Party dinner on Friday nite was awesome. Lunch at the “Outhouse” was really good. Lots of activities during the day. Can do as much or as little as you want. Bars were convenient. We will definitely be going back.
