Il y avait peu de choix au déjeuner. Il fallait arriver avant 8h pour qu’il y ait tous les mets proposés (après cela, les plats vides n’étaient pas renouvelés). La chambre était très spacieuse, mais la climatisation était bruyante.

Just okay place

Bed was too soft, air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was just okay, sausages were not cooked enough, butter so hard couldn't even spread it on the toast. Pool water was clear but dirty bottom in the deep end

Staff very friendly & helpful. Morning staff person was on her own & worked extremely hard to keep refilling the Brkfst food area while working front desk. Not an easy task! Kudos to her pleasant demeanour. Bathroom could have used a towel bar by tub & a hand rail for safety. Bathroom electrical plug not working, hence nite-lite not working. A fan & dimmer switch would have improved circulation & lighting. Brkfst ends at 9? That means I have to get up early while on holiday? Make it 10, who needs 2 hrs to check out? On-line booking should make it more obvious whether being charged U.S. currency or Canadian. Big difference!

The ownership changed recently and is now a Quality Inn. Needs some major upgrades and cleaning. Disappointed the pool was closed and no restaurant as indicated. Staff did their best to iron out issues.

They changed their name without advising me. I spent over 20 minutes looking for the clarion hotel after a long day travelling to find out they are now days inn, the tub had a broken bath plug, they said he did not have anyone to fix it! I am sure the cleaning lady would have noticed all the broken parts in the tub. Not impressed

We organized our annual family gathering and dinner at this hotel, months in advance. Staffing levels for the dinner were below minimum (in my opinion) - our dinner was delayed because of the inadequate staffing levels. Not good enough considering there was more than adequate advance notice. We won’t be back next year.
